The only one or two-star review we hold for The Woodbridge Roofing Company.

Within a year of having the new roof installed on our home, shingles started to fall off the house and we experienced other problems such as shingle discoloration. I had to have Woodbridge Roofing come out 3 times to reinstall fallen shingles. We also had a leak occur in our sunroom during the first year. I finally contracted the shingle manufacturer and had the roof inspected. I was informed that the problem was improper installation of shingles by Woodbridge Roofing. The manufacturer agreed to provide all of the materials without charge to have the work redone by a different company.

Keith, I'm very sorry to hear about the roof issues and the repeat trips you had to make for repairs. We take this seriously and will review the manufacturer's inspection and our installation records immediately. Please contact our office at your earliest convenience and ask for the service manager so we can work toward a prompt resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Woodbridge Roofing did a complete tear-off and replacement on our home in Woodbridge, VA, plus new gutters. From start to finish they were organized, responsive, and very respectful of our property and neighbors. They provided a clear written estimate, explained the difference between the materials, and helped us pick a shingle color that actually improved our curb appeal. The crew worked efficiently, checked the decking, fixed a few bad spots, and still finished the whole project in one long day. If you need a roof replacement in Woodbridge or anywhere in Prince William County, this is a roofing company you can trust. Great workmanship, fair pricing, and excellent communication.
