The only one or two-star review we hold for Roof Troopers.

Truck driver failed to yield and pushed me into wrong lane of traffic. Very reckless driving for a company truck. I wouldn’t want to support a business with people that are willing to kill someone to get one car ahead.

Outstanding Professional Service from Roof Troopers. Five years ago, I hired another contractor to replace my roof. They cut corners, and the roof eventually began to leak. When I called Roof Troopers to help me, they kindly explained that the original contractor should be responsible for the repairs. They offered a free inspection to help me address the issue knowledgeably. Within minutes, their team arrived, thoroughly inspected the roof, provided clear photos, and explained exactly what was wrong.

Moe, thanks for a review like this. Sorry the first roof let you down before we even got the call. Glad our team could get out fast, walk the roof, and show you exactly what went wrong with photos.

Roof Troopers replaced our whole roof last year. After a tyear, our roof still lookks like new. We selected them based on 3 bids received from well establisged roof contrators. The work was very professional and excellent. Celvin Useda supervised the whole work. After a year, a branch fell and made a small whole in the roof, Celvin still had all the photograps and details of our roof and coud prepare an estimate immediately. We are extremely happy with them.

Thanks, Claire! It means a lot that you chose us out of three bids and that your roof still looks like new a year later. We appreciate you sticking with us!

We had a little damage to our roof that we discovered when it started raining. We called three companies before we found these guys. They were the only ones who were willing to come out that day as soon as it stopped raining. They were here …

Thanks, Ruth! When rain's coming through the roof, waiting a week isn't an option, so we're glad we could get out there fast, patch it up, and come back to fix it right. Calvin and the crew appreciate the kind words and the recommendation. Call us anytime!

Had a great experience getting my roof inspected with Celvin. Very knowledgeable. It turned out nothing was wrong and they didn’t try to sell me anything.

These guys were great! We had some siding come off due to high winds. We found them online, messaged them and we heard back in less than 24 hours. They came out as soon as weather allowed - after that it was a breeze to get an estimate, match siding color, and get the work done - all very affordably. Their communications throughout the process were excellent, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Thanks, James! Wind-damaged siding is no fun, so we're glad we could get back to you fast, match the color, and get it done without breaking the bank. Good communication is something we really pride ourselves on, so it's great to hear it stood out.

I had a great experience with Roof Troopers. From the initial inspection to the final installation, they were transparent, honest, and very easy to work with. I especially loved that the initial inspection was done using a drone. It was impressive to see how they leverage technology to provide a thorough and accurate assessment. The crew was punctual and left everything clean when the job was done. You can tell they take pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roof Troopers to anyone!

Thanks, Michelle! The drone inspection is one of our favorite tools for getting an accurate read on a roof, so it's great to hear it impressed you. A punctual crew and a clean site are non-negotiables for us, and it means a lot that our pride in the work came through.

Thanks Vanessa! A leak is stressful enough, so we're glad Jose walked you through every step and threw on a free patch to hold things over while you waited on materials. That kind of care is exactly how we like to do it.

We consulted the WISA Roof Troopers for a new roof. They provided excellent proposals for different shingle types. Their video presentation was most customer friendly while being concise yet covering all pertinent parts. Their top notch consultation followed by additional information gave us the best support needed and we are so grateful!

Jose conducted a very thorough and roof inspection for our 15 year old roof and took the time to explain everything in detail. What really stood out was how he guided me step by step through the entire insurance process, making something that felt overwhelming actually simple and stress free. Thanks to his knowledge and dedication, I was approved for a full roof replacement. The work done by entire team was beyond amazing, top-quality craftsmanship, clean, efficient, and completed on time. You can truly tell they care about their customers and their reputation. I can’t recommend Roof Troopers highly enough!

Excellent work on repairing our roof with full documentation via photos and the price was fair and reasonable - will definitely use in the future.

Color is one of the biggest decisions in any roofing project. Lighter tones reflect heat and can help with summer cooling costs, while darker shades offer classic curb appeal and can complement brick and stone exteriors. Many homeowners researching metal roof colors are really after two things: durability and a distinctive look. It is worth knowing that today's synthetic slate, synthetic cedar, and synthetic rubber roofing deliver both, with a wide range of color options and impressive impact resistance. These materials capture the character of natural slate or cedar shake while standing up to hail and high winds better than many traditional options. Roof Troopers walks you through color and material selection so your new roof fits your home, your neighborhood, and your budget. We bring samples so you can see exactly how each option looks against your siding and trim. We're proud to serve home and business owners in Fairfax Station, VA, and nearby cities with roof replacement and more.
