  Needed a flat roof replacement. Both the estimate and the replacement were very quick and efficient. Stephen, the OPS Manager, and Jose the Lead Installer were very knowledgeable and personable as well as being efficient. I would use them again anytime.

  Exceptional speed, communication, and craftsmanship I had a fantastic experience working with The Seattle Roofing Company on a complex rooftop deck repair, siding reconstruction, and full-surface Sikalastic re-coating. Their speed was incredible right out of the gate—they responded to my initial inquiry immediately, were on-site the next day to assess the deck, and had the crew mobilized and starting work the very next morning. Throughout the project, communication was stellar. During the initial discovery phase, they provided clear daily updates complete with photo documentation alongside their time-and-materials breakdowns, so I always knew exactly what they uncovered beneath the surface. The project manager was extremely accessible and responsive via text, which made coordinating logistics seamless. Most importantly, the quality of their work is top-notch. As you can see from the photos, they executed a complex structural and waterproofing scope with incredible attention to detail. The rooftop looks brand new. I highly recommend them to anyone in Seattle needing specialized flat roof or deck restoration work!

  Fair price and great work. Showed up on time every day, cleaned up after, and protected landscaping. Didn’t cut corners. Took pictures each day of the progress. Fast communication and answered and questions or requests promptly.
