He came out in person, checked several areas of the roofing system, and performed a water test that helped locate the leak within minutes. After finding the issue, he explained the needed roof repairs clearly and also gave me a quote for a few other items I wanted taken care of. He made sure I understood my options and worked hard to help me get the right repairs done without pressure. I also appreciated how patient he was with all my questions and concerns during the inspection and estimate process. The service, communication, and attention to detail really stood out. The repair experience felt smooth, honest, and professional from start to finish. When I am ready for more roofing projects, they will be my first call.

  Jared and the crew at The Roofing Group were great to work with from start to finish. Jared was very responsive, cared about doing quality roofing and gutter work, and checked in with us during the whole job. The team was courteous, professional, and even helped move a workbench before they wrapped up. After a heavy rain, I called about a gutter that had started to come loose. He came out the next day to inspect it. Even though it was not caused by their previous work, he still offered to repair it for us.   The Roofing Group did an excellent job on my home roofing project, and i am very happy with the new roof they installed. The crew was polite, careful, and respectful of my property and landscaping throughout the whole job. They laid tarps over the deck and around the work area to catch the old shingles and roofing debris, which really helped keep everything organized and protected. At the end of each day, they rolled everything up neatly and even used a vacuum to clean the small dirt and dust left behind. On the final day, ernest and the team made sure the full cleanup was done right, and my property looked the same as it did before the roofing work started. I did not find a single nail in the driveway or yard, which was impressive.   I couldn’t be happier with The Roofing Group. Ernest and his crew really went above and beyond on our roofing project. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They started early in the morning, found that about half of the roof decking plywood needed replacement along with all the shingles, and still finished the job quickly before the rain moved in. The workmanship was excellent, and they made sure our HVAC ducting stayed protected the whole time. The area was tight and awkward to work in, but the crew handled it with care and kept everything safe. They also did a thorough cleanup, even while the weather was turning, and everyone was respectful when my wife and kids needed to come in and out of the house. Jared was great on the sales side and took time to inspect the roof, explain what we needed, and keep the estimate fair and honest. They completed the tear-off, underlayment, and shingle prep in about half a day. The crew worked hard, stayed organized, and kept everything on track. Since it was a hot day in Gardena, they wrapped up safely and came back the next morning to finish the roofing work the right way without rushing. Within minutes, the testing showed a clear leak near our bedroom window.
