Elite Hawthorne Roofs is a reliable roofing company with strong experience in historic roof work and different roofing systems. I hired them for two large roofing projects. One was a major repair and restoration of a Victorian clay tile roof, including new flashing, updated box gutter liners, and new downspouts. The second was a full re-roof on a carriage house using the original tiles to keep the classic look in place. Both roofing jobs were completed with very good workmanship, solid attention to detail, and clear communication by phone and email from start to finish. The crew kept the work moving on a fair schedule, explained the process well, and did an excellent job cleaning up roofing debris after each project. Pricing was fair, especially for the level of skill involved in restoration and tile roof work. I also saw other nearby roofing projects they handled, and it was clear they do quality work with asphalt shingle roofs too.

a family member and a friend had roofing work done by company: elite hawthorne roofs, and they were very pleased with the new roof and the customer service. when a leak started showing up, i decided to call for a roof inspection, and it turned out to be a very smart choice. they explained that recent rough weather had affected the roof, and they found damage near the leak area, including lifted shingles and impact marks. they were honest and clear about the option of filing an insurance claim, which i was unsure about at first. after hearing good things from people i trust, i felt comfortable moving forward. the whole roofing process was handled smoothly and made very easy for me. they walked me through each step, answered my questions, and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. in the end, the claim was approved for a full roof replacement. i also chose to upgrade to architectural shingles, and the price was fair for the quality and workmanship. from the first phone call to the final cleanup, everything was professional, helpful, and well organized. the crew showed strong roofing knowledge, good communication, and real care for the job. the new roof looks great, the property was left clean, and the service felt dependable from start to finish. i would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

A fantastic metal roofing team if you need a new roof. They truly stand behind their roofing work and honor the lifetime warranty. We had a small roof leak, and after I called, Roger came out within two days to fix the issue. He also provided a complimentary roof cleaning, which was a huge help for us, and completed a full roof inspection to make sure everything was in good shape. Great service, fast response, and real care for the customer.

Roger from Elite Hawthorne Roofs was great to work with. We had our roof replaced before, and later a bad storm knocked trees onto the house and caused major roof damage. Roger came out right away, checked the damage, and helped us get the roof protected fast. Tarps were put on the roof to keep out rain and sun until the roofing crew could start. The crew did an excellent job replacing the roof, skylight, and damaged gutters. They also rebuilt the overhang and fascia, and everything was done with care and solid workmanship. The team was professional, stayed organized, and cleaned up the area well after the job was finished. Roger kept us updated through each step, which made the whole roofing process much easier. After our project was done, part of another tree fell onto my mom’s garage roof. We reached out again, and Roger responded quickly and was ready to help with that roof replacement too. It was a very positive experience, and we would gladly work with him again for any future roofing needs.

Elite Hawthorne Roofs replaced the roof on our older home with new asphalt shingles, along with fresh plywood decking, felt underlayment, water barrier protection, better attic ventilation, and new PVC crown moulding. We had a very good experience overall. the crew was fast and efficient with the roofing installation, and they did a nice job cleaning up the property when the work was done. frederick and roger were responsive by email and phone before, during, and after the project, and they kept us updated throughout the process. There was some concern about nearby shrubs, tree plantings, and a window well during the job, but the team handled it well and made sure those issues were addressed. If you have delicate landscaping near the house, it helps to talk through a protection plan before the roofing work starts. aside from that, it was a great experience, and the new roof has been a big improvement for our home in Hawthorne. we are very happy with the finished result and the stronger protection it gives the house in the warm CA weather.

I can’t say enough about Elite Hawthorne Roofs and Derek with the crew. I’m a widow living on social security, and my aging roof needed a full replacement that insurance would not cover. Derek took extra time to walk me through the whole roofing process, explain each step in simple terms, show me samples of the shingles and other materials, and help me pick a color that looked right for my home and would hold up well in the sun and heat. Other roofing estimates I got were very quick and did not explain much, but this one was detailed and professional. I received a complete written estimate that clearly listed the scope of work, materials, pricing, and warranty information, which gave me real peace of mind before the roof installation started. The roofing materials were delivered first, and the crew arrived early the next morning, with Derek checking in soon after to make sure everything was on track. The team worked efficiently, finished the roof replacement in just a few hours, and did an excellent job cleaning up all the old shingles, nails, and debris from the yard before leaving. My new roof looks beautiful, and the workmanship feels solid and high quality. The whole experience was customer friendly, helpful, accommodating, and very well organized. I truly could not have asked for better service, and I feel confident depending on them again in the future. The added warranty was also a big plus.

We contacted Elite Hawthorne Roofs for exterior roofing-related work on the front upper section of our home, including removing old stucco and stone around the roofline, replacing gutters and downspouts, installing new metal capping, and improving the soffit vents for better attic airflow. Derek came out for the estimate, explained the scope clearly, and the crew started and finished the job just as promised. The team was professional, organized, and very neat throughout the project. They paid close attention to detail, kept the work area clean, and made sure the new gutter system and roof edge materials looked great and worked properly. My wife and I were very pleased with the workmanship and communication, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing and exterior home improvements.
