  Preliminary review: A roof-area chimney project above the roofline had already been rebuilt by another crew, but the chimney re-flashing still needed a roofer to cut back part of the roof deck, re-fit it, and install new flashing because the chimney size had changed after the masonry work. I was nervous about the roof opening and the weather, but Preston handled the inspection, quote, and repair clearly from start to finish. There was no confusion about the scope of work, scheduling was fast, and the communication was excellent. The job was completed over two visits because of the hot weather, and nothing was rushed. The workmanship, fit, and finish were excellent. New materials were used, the replacement shingles matched well, the roof area was left clean, and there were no surprise charges. At that point, this became my go-to roofing company, and I was very satisfied. After more rain came through, the roof performed exactly as it should. No leaks, no problems, and no callbacks were needed. I was very happy with the results. Later, animals damaged the roof ridge vents and created an urgent situation. The roofing crew responded quickly and completed the repairs before the next round of rain arrived. After the animal issue was fully handled, they came back, sealed the soffit entry point, and repaired the additional roof damage. Their fast and thorough work helped protect the inside of the house from much more serious water damage, and the repairs were done in a way that also satisfied the insurance inspection. We eventually decided to move forward with a full roof replacement, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. We requested a quote and got straightforward information with no sales pressure at all. The new shingle roof looks great, with clean lines at the ridge vent, a new chimney cover, and strong attention to detail throughout the installation.
