  We were fortunate to have The Roofing Company do a complete roofing job the summer of 2025 after a very botched roofing job in 2007 by another company. The Roofing Company stripped it down to the rafters and put a new plywood down. It had the original boards from when the house was built in 1928 which in some cases had 1 inch gaps between them so you could see the tar paper after the 2007 roofing fiasco. Lost a lot of heat. (live and learn) We wanted to go through a winter before writing this review. Our house was warmer and no water. With the help of Adam who is with The Roofing Company, walked us through what he would recommend and how to seal it while getting air in and out of the attic to keep is cold. So instead of ice dams the snow stayed evenly distributed on the roof since the attic was cold and the snow didn't melt forming ice dams. There also was a second vapor/ice sheet on half the roof down to the eaves which also helped with any water. All of it explained to us so we understood. Miquel, his foreman, knew everything about roofing. If there was a question that couldn't be answered, he was the man. I would highly recommend the Adam, Miquel and The Roofing Company if you want your roof done right!

  Chris & Adam are the real deal. You can tell right away that this entire company genuinely cares—not just about the work itself, but about the homeowner experience from start to finish. The pride they take in their craftsmanship shows through in every step of the process. I’ve had two of their crews work on more than 8 of my properties, and the consistency & communication has been unmatched. They use solid materials, the install process is smooth, and their crew leaves the site clean and picked up—which I really appreciate. Every time they’ve wrapped up a project, things just look right.   Really positive experience with these guys. They came out same-day to take a look at our garage that had some damage after a hail storm. They worked directly with our insurance company and made the process really easy.

  Working with these guys was nothing short of terrific. I had a great deal of stress relative to working with our insurance so that everything would get covered, but they kept me well informed of how everything would work and ensured it all went smoothly with our insurance. The crew that showed up to work on the roof did so professionally and in a timely manner. They sent us pictures of the progress to help us best understand what our needs would be for our roof. I feel comfortable saying that I think the shingles were installed with a high level of care, and not just with the mindset of doing it quickly so they can move on to the next job. Seriously, if you need shingles put on your house and don't want to worry about all of the stress involved in the process, please give them a call.
