  I requested a quote twice. Had an appointment for someone to come and give me a quote. Both times nobody showed up. Messaged the guy who supposed to come if he is just running late, but he never replied. Very unprofessional.

  Called for them to come have a look at my roof week ago , set up app for Monday . Monday came call came in they were running behind , reschedule for next day at certain time . Time came then another hour then another hour . I placed calls to company to find out status and no answers . Finally when I said I took the afternoon off for app the gentleman ( whom I won’t blame as he isn’t the owner only the one taking the calls ) said sorry can’t help you . I called to cancel all together as this was not a good first impression and response was …..ok . I held up five days waiting for this when I could’ve been told from the onset that we can’t do it . I usually only post 5 star reviews but this one has me baffled and let down . Of your busy then fine …..tell the customer so you can at least search for someone else to do the job . With so many companies for roofing in the area you would think they would want to compete for jobs . Word of mouth is everything anymore . Feeling disappointed one star for at least they picked up the phone

  Scheduled twice for an appraisal and they no showed both times! Not even a phone call. Highly unprofessional. Guess I can’t review on their work!

  We were looking for a reliable and local roofing company to fix a roofing issue we had, so we asked for recommendations on a Brantford Facebook group and were told to use The Roofing Company. We made an appointment on the website to have a contractor visit to provide an estimate and a man contacted us shortly after to arrange this. On the day that they were supposed to come, nobody showed up and nobody responded to our phone-calls. If you are looking for lazy contactors that don't show up and don't answer the phone, than The Roofing Company is the right choice. If you want somebody professional, don't bother (you'll thank me later)

  We recently hired Brantford Roofing Company to replace our old eavestroughs with brand-new ones, complete with gutter guards and new downspouts. They did an absolutely fantastic job! ​Before they did the work, we got quite a few quotes from several of those "#1-800"corporate eavestrough companies, but their prices were sky-high and although they purported to be local, they were not. Brantford Roofing Company on the other hand, gave us a very reasonable price for the exact same high-quality materials and work. ​Since the installation, our water issues are completely resolved—the water is flowing exactly in the direction we want it to go, away from our home & basement! Plus they look great! ​They are a very honest, local company, and it felt excellent to support a local business. The amazing owner clearly cares about and takes care of his community. He was wonderful to deal with. They were professional, did a great job, and we are incredibly happy with their service. If you want top-notch work, quality materials & installation without paying those inflated "#1-800 company" prices, I highly recommend them!

  Shane and his team has been absolutely incredible to work with!!! Would absolutely recommend. I didn’t need a full roof repair and he didn’t try to sell me on it. I called about a leak through my bathroom exhaust and he had it sorted quickly and at a very affordable rate. Since then I’ve had no issues with it leaking during rainfall. Their team has since fixed a soft spot in my roof and sealed up a few other minor areas. I appreciate the way they explain each job and help me find solutions that will get me through for another few years without being giant expenses. Customer service is fantastic and I truly appreciate their team. I’m very glad I found this company! You definitely want to call up Shane when you need help with your roof, he’s got your back

  Highly recommend Shane Bogema and his crew. Always get quotes, but you won't find a better quote and a job done than The Roofing Company. At the very least give them a call....

  Had The Roofing Company redo our roof and the roof on our shed. They did an amazing job! We also have part of our roof that is flat, and they did that easily as well. Easy to connect with, amazing work for a great price! Shane and his team were fabulous. Highly recommend if you are in need of a new roof!
