  I would not recommend this company to anyone. I contacted them a month ago and have been waiting for a quote that was to be sent via email ever since. Two guys showed up, took about ten minutes to take pictures and didn't even measure the roof. They also seemed not interested in answering any questions about the work we were wanting done. Terrible customer service.

  Worst experience in my life dealing with this company! After two years of almost harassing them they still haven't finished our roof and done what was promised!!! Do not hire these people!

  My unfortunate metal roof outlet experience In Aug 2014 I decided it was time to replace my roof. I called and got quotes from manny places but decided to go with the metal roof outlet because they appeared to be very professional. Boy was I wrong. The first thing I told Art, who was the guy quoting the roof, was I only expect people to do what they say they are going to do and if for some reason things change then all that is needed to be done is to let me know. Metal roof outlet did neither of these things for me. First I was told the roof would be done before snow fall. When January rolled around I had to call to and ask what the hold up was. The next week they come out and did my roof. I got a call explaining that they would not be able to do the flat top on my roof but the sloped part was done and they would be back next week when it would be sunny so they could finish it. When I got home I was greeted with a yard full of screws and debris that the workers had left for me to clean up. Somtime around April, and still my roof was not complete. I had to call once again. Within a couple weeks they came to finish. Great I finally have a new roof. This time when I returned from work I once again found my yard in a mess. This time shattered glass from when they had tossed the skylight off the roof. When I went to inspect the job I found they had used osb and not plywood like I was promised. Yet another lie from the "professional" company. At this point I'm very mad and toltaly unhappy with my experience. I thought I would be looking up at my new roof and be happy to have a beautiful lifetime roof that I should not have to worrie about for years. Instead when I look at my roof it just reminds me that I paid $15,000 to have to deal with all this. The bright side was It was over and I would never have to deal with them again. Well I was wrong. At the end of July my wife pointed out to me that part of the roof did not look right and that I should go up and inspect it. We

  Dear Mr. Crabbe, My company has been installing metal roofs for 30 years and everyone here takes a great deal of pride in what we do. Upon receipt of your email and your review on Google (as well as your household partner’s one-star review) I immediately began an internal investigation. I discovered several instances throughout the process of your roof installation where miscommunication and timeliness became a problem. For that we sincerely apologize. With respect, however, we can’t accept responsibility for many of the issues that you claim are the result of our actions. We sent the install crew back to your home to address your concerns, and we also reached out to you on two separate occasions to try and further address your grievances but you rejected our assistance. The length of time it took to complete the roof (primarily due to inclement weather and a difficult flat roof portion) and not communicating to you that OSB board would be used instead of plywood (because glue adheres better to OSB) are circumstances that we could have handled better. We have made it our goal to ensure that these types of things do not happen again. We sincerely hope you accept our apologies for your frustrations. Brian Cosyns President Metal Roof Outlet

  Very competent people. I needed material for partially fixing my old metal roof. They did everything to find match for my old roof. Now I have been waiting their response but I am convinced that they will exceed my expectation. I spoke with Mike. Highly recommend the business to everyone who has a “roofing problem”

  Very good experience with this company, Mike Cosyns was very patient with us until we got the funds together and was able to keep costs close to what was quoted. After a year of putting it off. After putting a deposit down a week later they came and did the roof. The crew was very good and worked all day finished in one day and cleaned up after they were done. They answered any questions I had. Thank you so much Mike C and installation crew it is a beautiful roof very pleased

  We had our roof installed last year and had an unexpected leak in our roof after installation. Took a little back and forth and some repeat service calls to fix, but ultimately the roof looks great and no more leaks. Thanks for your persistent effort.
