  We have some issues with the work they did and they never got back and responded to us to go fix it. I figured they could fix it when they come do the other job I asked them to quote but they won’t even send the quote after following up many times for a few months…be weary if they offer a warranty as they likely will never honour it.

  Sent people out for a quote, measured the wrong thing. Didn't even bother replying to any messages or sending the quote.

  Hi Scott, Sorry about the experience. Although it was a manufacturer defect, we replaced the entire flat roof for you, even though their solution was for a patch repair. This was at our cost, which I did feel was the right thing to do. I apologize for the communication -- we have since hired an admin so that we don't fall behind on communicating. Thank you for your candid response -- sometimes it takes an honest critique to improve and be better.

  I had an urgent situation which I needed advice about. I talked to Joel and had an appointment set up. He was a no show. No text, no phone call. Since the reviews were very favourable and I know that sometimes things happen, I called him and we set up another appointment. Exact same experience. No show. No phone call. No text message. I lost two days waiting for someone who never even got back to me. I contacted another Brantford roofing company with comparable reviews and the owner came exactly when he said he would. Although the work is not yet done, it was evident that he is trying to save me money.

  Straight Arrow did my roof a few years ago. They did an excellent job and left the property spotless. I recently had a small issue with a cap and they came out and repaired. I would highly recommend this company. Reliable, efficient and excellent staff!!!

  I called Straight Arrow Roofing for a small flashing repair and I'm very happy with their work. They were able to get someone out the same week and pointed out another issue I didn't know about, but that I'm glad to have been informed about. They quickly came up with a couple solutions and got everything fixed the same day. Some roofers just lay counter flashing flat against the brick and only use caulking but straight arrow does it properly and cuts a groove into the mortar of the brick to tuck it into. I plan to call them back when it's time to consider replacing my roof.

  Affordable. Professional, and went above and beyond... These boys showed up the same day I called, and managed to fit me into a busy day, for last minute gutter cleaning just hours before a massive rain... And finished around 9pm. I am floored by the dedication of this company and its crew.

  We wanted to rule out a possible leak in our roof vent boot resulting in sum water leakage in our bathroom. Terry took the time to come out on a busy Friday afternoon. He inspected the area in question and found the boot to be in proper working order. He was polite, knowledgeable and offered advice on how to ensure we never have a problem leak with that particular roof vent boot. He also provided advice on how to keep moss from forming on our shingles. Suffice to say when our roof expires we will be calling Terry.
