  We had estroughs installed a couple of years ago. We have nothing but problems from the beginning. The office has sent people out many times and no one can figure out how to fix this. There is leaking all the way around the house. We were told by the sale team we would not have any problems. What a joke. The project coordinator Paige will not take our calls. When I call the office if someone actually answers we are not allowed to talk to. Several emails have been sent to her with no response. If the job was done correctly there should have been a fix by now. Apparently you are not allowed to talk to the owner either. Thousands of dollars later we have a garbage product with a company that would even respond now. I want the replaced now!! If not I guess I will contact a lawyer and file a complaint with the consumer protection agency and the BBB. CAN WHO EVER OWNS THE BRANTFORD LOCATION RESPONSE???? Do yourself a favor. Do not use this company.. It won't go well.... Your company should have told us there was a problem with the roof before the install 2 year ago. That should fall under poor workmanship warranty. I have asked for some kind of help to fix this. Once again you do not respond. BY FAR THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Custom Contracting installed the eavestrough system only on your home — we did not install or service the roof. Since the initial installation, we’ve returned multiple times at no charge to try and help, even though the water issue appears to be related to how the roof was installed, not the eavestroughs. Our technicians found that water is getting in behind the shingles and the drip edge, and then making its way behind the fascia — all of which points to a roofing issue. We’ve documented this with photos and have been transparent in our findings each time. We understand it’s incredibly frustrating to deal with water issues, but unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for problems caused by work we didn’t perform. We’ve made every effort to assist you and are still happy to collaborate with your roofer or contractor to help resolve the issue. We also take concerns about communication seriously and will be reviewing how your calls and emails were handled to improve our internal follow-up process.

  I honestly don't know what to say about this company. I went with them because I wanted the job done right and they seemed like a professional and large company. My roof repair took more than 3x as long as they estimated. After climbing on my roof, they didn't even repair the damaged area and I had to chase them down to come back. I still don't know if they did the job I wanted correctly and I'm very concerned about their ability to service warranty. At this point I was still waiting on my eaves replacement which was also significantly delayed. After installation, I had to chase them down to repair defects twice. When I say chase them down, I mean calling them twice a week (every Monday and Friday) for more than 10 weeks begging them to call me back and fix my issues. I originally contacted them in May, it's now December. Last Friday, I was assured a manager of some sort would call me Monday between 4-5pm, it's now Friday again and I'll have to call them. They have taken so long at the job, their accounting department has called me saying I'm past due on final payments even though they didn't complete the work. It's very concerning to hire a company for $20k+ and then not be able to speak to anyone beyond a receptionist that says I'll get a call back, I'll put a note on your file, etc

  Their salesman Mark was pushy. Speaking over me and cutting me off. Was looking for a repair but he was stuck on upselling and financing the job out over 60 months. I directed the conversation back to what i was looking for and he would derail it back to the upsell i didnt want. Unprofessional. Gave the conversation multiple chaces to get back on track but he was insistent to an extreme.

  Custom Contracting executed a very good job at our house: they replaced all eavestrough, changed the soffit, porch ceiling and columns in the porch. All job was very well done and achieve our expectations. We recommend they services.

  John attended my residence and was a total professional. He measured the eavestroughs and then showed me the products. He then provided a quote for the job complete. He said he would contact me in a couple days for my answer. He contacted me as he said, I accepted the quote and we set a date for work to begin. On the day I received a phone call indicating work crew would be delayed. John kept me in the loop all day and it was decided it would be the following day. Darren and Calvin attended to do the work. Very professional and had job done quick. They cleaned up and left not a trace of work debris. I am very very satisfied with custom contractors and would recommend them to anyone

  Chris and Matt from Custom Contracting were amazing. The job they performed installing new eavestroughs showed they really know what they are doing. We have an older home with lots of external features that means there were over 20 corners the guys had to cut and install. The guys didn’t complain once, turned up on time and made sure everything was neat and tidy at the end of the day. Couldn’t praise their work higher.
