What a joke! I called because I need a roof repair but they want $300 to come look and give me an estimate. HA! Only bad contractors charge for estimates!

Called for a quote 1st time to get some flashing replaced and was promised a quote. Three weeks passed and no response. Ended up hiring a company that actually responded. After a week my skylight struck a leak and this company specializes in skylights so I thought I'd give them a shot once again. Once again was promised a quote. 3 weeks went by again, no response so I ended up taking my business elsewhere again. Seems pretty common in the roofing industry that no one cares to get back to their customers.

Flat Roof Repair in Toronto & the GTA Flat roofs may be small, but when they start leaking, the damage can spread quickly. This project involved installing a new flat roofing membrane to create a durable, watertight surface and help protect the area below from rain, snow, and moisture. Flat roof sections like this one require extra attention around the edges, walls, posts, flashing, and areas where the flat roof meets a shingle roof. These transitions are common places for water to get in when the membrane or flashing begins to fail. At The Roof Whisperer, we provide professional flat roof repair in Toronto and throughout the GTA. We work with a variety of flat roofing systems, including SBS modified bitumen, EPDM, TPO, and tar and gravel roofing. If you’re noticing a flat roof leak, damaged membrane, cracked or lifting seams, deteriorated flashing, pooling water, or water stains inside your home, it’s best to have the roof checked before the damage gets worse. Our team handles residential and commercial flat roof repairs, from smaller roof sections and additions to garages, porches, extensions, and larger flat roofing systems.
