I chose Estate Exteriors because of the overwhelming number of positive reviews, but my experience didn’t match what I expected. Communication with Tim and his Crew started off strong, but once the work was underway, I felt that some of my …

We replaced our roof & eaves troughs and capped our window and door steel lintels. We have a large roof. It took almost 100 bundles of shingles, almost 300 feet of eaves troughs with leaf guards & 150 feet of downspout. Tim & his crew were professional & meticulous. A tough combo. The entire project took 8 working days from start of old roof removal to eave trough completion. The completed work looks great. And they have a very good warranty. I would highly recommend Estate Exteriors to anyone.

When it was time to reroof I made sure to hire Estate Exteriors. Being a Owens Corning Preferred Contractor was important for peace of mind in backing up the product and installation from the manufacturer, but what had more weight was the …

We recently had our roof replaced after waiting over a year for the right company. We wanted the same style of steel that we had originally. It had been damaged during ice removal and needed to be replaced. The search took forever. That part was fine but to have TIM Arthurs and ESTATE EXTERIORS we had to wait in line. Finally it was our turn. To our surprise the truck arrived with the material needed for the roof. They expected a two week job which turned into three. Tim was very knowledgeable and careful about what had to be done and how to proceed. His crew were such hard workers as well and pleasant and respectful. It was a nonstop challenge for them all as it was two stories up and the highest temperatures of the summer. They had to remove all steel and shingles … three layers in total. Before they left each day everything was cleaned up so as not to cause any inconvenience to us. The progress was incredible. After all the changes and the roofing was done we are so excited to finally see our beautiful new red roof. Tim and crew you did an incredible job. Thank you all for your hard work. We love the finished look and would recommend you anytime. Great job gentlemen!!!

From first minute here, Tim explained what they were going to do, asked me if I had any concerns. And then got to work. Completed On time . All was perfect and could not be happier. Extra clean crew, left yard spotless, Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent to deal with. Reached out to me right away when I requested a quote which was very fair. Knew my roof was in rough shape and fit me in as soon as he could. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tim today as he came to my home to assess a problem with my skylight leaking on my steel roof… Not only did he assess it… He repaired it… He said this is not a temporary fix. This is a permanent fix and I truly can’t thank him enough… I highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs anything to do with the roof.

We recently renovated our home. This included putting a new steeper pitched roof on part of the house and tieing it in with the old existing roof line. The results were some tricky angles and spots where water could have easily collected had it not been for Tim @ Estate Exteriors taking the time and effort to come up with a creative and effective solutions for diverting water/snow. Tim was open and candid about what we did and did not need for our new roof and treated the project as if he was roofing his own home. The result is a roof that should outlive us in this home and peace of mind. We likely won’t ever require another roof, but if we did it would be a no brainer as to who we would call. 👍

Tim and his crew did a great job. Very professional and did a thorough clean up after the work was finished. They are a hard working team and easy to deal with. Did an excellent job replacing the shingles on our roof. Highly recommend.
