The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

They did our roof in 2016 and it is leaking. Called advised by Fleming that it is not the roof leaking but the flashing between the house and the shingles. Reviewed our quote and it was not part of the roofing job but who puts new shingles over 30 year old flashing and not tell the homeowner that it should be replaced. Not recommended.

This is one extremely happy customer here. My roof was leaking and my the bathroom vents were not vented to the outside properly. Derek fixed it all at a reasonable price and all in two days. They were very knowledgeable, clean, and honest. Really! They had to replace a sheet of plywood (because of the water damage), removed and replaced my shingles, upgraded my vents. Thanks for everything. So appreciated. Now I can sleep at night.

They did a beautiful job on my roof. Courteous prompt service. Really competitive rate. Cleanup was phenomenal they even went around with a magnet to get any stray nails. I would highly recommend them.

Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 12, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on FLEMING'S ROOFING. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
