  No reliable, took over a month and didn’t even get an estimate when I told them I was having a leak. Avoid and save your time, probably money too. Can’t imagine an establishment that operates like this would offer competitive rates.

  After shingles were replaced, I experienced rain water overflow at downpipe by rain gutter. Discovered shingle bag materials (plastic wrapping/older shingle material) had plugged downpipe to cause water to back up over the rain gutter. Dilmar owner (Jim Yeo) did nothing and claimed his crew would not do this? Owner said it came from other neighbours roofing repairs?? No, it was your crew and you did not take responsibility for your workers labour. I sent pictures to prove my point but no response. Poor customer follow up and satisfaction!

  I hired Dilmar to do my eaves and my roof. They were excellent. Maggie was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the process and the actual work that was done was very high quality. Would definitely recommend them and use again!

  Dilmar Roofing has been our family's go-to roofing company for over a decade! From start to finish, they provide excellent service, honest communication, and exceptional attention to detail. Over the years, multiple members of my extended family have used Dilmar Roofing — my parents had their roof done, one of my sisters had her roof replaced, and my other sister trusted them with both of her homes. Every single time, the experience has been great!! Highly recommend!

  We have known Jimmy and the Dilmar Roofing for 20+ years. They dud our roof in Bradford in 2010 and eavestroughs in 2023 on our new house in Sundridge. They did an awesome job and we recommend Dilmar Roofing for any future roofing needs.

  We had a roof reshingled by Dilmar roofing. It was a pleasure dealing with Dylan. The crew of Arthur, Doug and Jamal were excellent. We have a steep roof and I was very impressed with the safety measures they took. They tarped the site and did a very good job of cleaning up after. They arrived on time and since they sheathed the roof before shingling, the project was completed over two days. I am very happy with the work.

  NOTE: I ended up choosing another roofer. I asked Dilmar for a quote on my roof, Dave came and he later supplied me with a clear concise and professional quote. Over the next couple weeks we spoke often about conditions and options - every single time having a very respectful conversation with Dave. Even though I ended up not choosing Dilmar, based on my experience during the selection process that they would have done a fantastic job. I believe the should be given strong consideration.

  I'm so impressed with this company We had a quote on Saturday morning, and a new roof completed by Friday The guys were police and professional on top of doing a great job, and Maggie in the office is a Gem

  Maggie and her Team are great! Roof was completed in a day! Weather was not looking good but they were fast and efficient on the job and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend to anyone.

  I found Dilmar not only to be punctual, but the quality of workmanship is second to none. The lead roofer and his staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Answering any questions I had and with a smile. They cleaned up, and the property looks great. Lots of completion in the roofing business, easy to see why these people are above the others.
