The Roof Technician completed a roof repair at our Oakville property after we noticed moisture in the attic. Their team arrived promptly, traced the problem to a damaged vent seal, and explained the solution in simple terms. The quoted price was fair and matched the final invoice. Work was completed quickly, cleanup was thorough, and communication remained consistent throughout. We were pleased with the fast response and quality of the finished repair.

The Roof Technician responded quickly when we found water coming through the ceiling at our Oakville home. Ilir inspected the roof carefully, identified damaged flashing, and explained the repair clearly before starting. The price was fair and there were no unexpected charges. The work was completed neatly, the property was left clean, and the roof has stayed dry through several heavy rainfalls. Communication remained excellent from the first call to the final check.

Roof leak repair in Halton Hills. The leak had been showing up on the garage ceiling every time it rained. The Roof Technician found the entry point at a poorly sealed vent boot and fixed it correctly. Dry since. Honest and efficient.

Called for a flat roof repair in Halton Hills and the team was out within two days. Found the source of the leak at a failed seam near the parapet wall, repaired it properly, and checked the rest of the membrane while they were up there. Thorough and professional.

I want to specifically mention Ilir because he is the reason we keep coming back to The Roof Technician Oakville. We have now used them for a roof repair on our main house, a flat roof repair on the garage, and most recently a skylight replacement on the back addition.Every time Ilir has been upfront about what is needed, honest about what can wait, and clear about the cost before anyone touches anything. The crews he sends out are professional and take care of the property. On the skylight replacement job someone on the crew noticed that the gutter below the skylight had pulled away from the fascia slightly and they fixed it without being asked and without charging for it. That is the kind of company culture that is hard to find.We refer them to everyone who asks.

The Roof Technician Oakville replaced the flat roofing on our addition in Milton. The old modified bitumen was cracked and past its lifespan. New two-ply system with proper drainage slope. No more pooling and the room below has been dry through a full winter.
