Do not use this Company they did a repair at my house The repair was not done correctly. I have water coming in the house at the same spot again. I had to get it repaired by a different company because they do not answer their phone again be aware all they do is pressure you to buy a new roof from them

Hi RJ, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for future homeowners. Roof repairs are always communicated upfront as temporary and non-warrantied, particularly on older roofs or those with a history of recurring leaks. Our warranties apply only to full roof replacements, which is clearly explained before any work begins. We take every call and service request seriously. Our team operates through a central company line with call tracking and follow-up systems in place, and missed calls are returned as quickly as possible to ensure no opportunity or concern is overlooked. We’ve reviewed our records and do not see any unanswered requests through that system. When a roof continues to leak despite previous repairs, it’s our responsibility to explain that replacement may be the only long-term solution — not as pressure, but as honest guidance so homeowners can avoid repeat repairs and ongoing frustration. — Silver Oak Roofing

Silver Oak Roofing was professional in engaging with us from quoting to finishing. Even though there were delays in our decision making they were able to honour the price. They kept us posted on the progress from ordering material to shipping. We also had access to their site showing progress everyday during installation. Payment terms and options were flexible. It's been a month since installation and we have not seen any issue. Overall I highly recommend Silver Oak Roofing.
