  this review would have been positive were it not for the unprofessionalism and dishonesty in attempting to make a claim on their 5-year warranty... repeated missed calls, excuses, and service failures... ended up having to pay another contractor only a year after aboutowne's work

  This review is the most dishonest review ever. It was a rental property and we did a repair on roof the year earlier. The roof was past expired even when we fixed it. I tried to contact the owner but would never answer his cell. Secondly I went by four times with no answer. There was a sold sign on the house. Thirdly at the time I was extremely sick after my second vaccine for almost a whole month. Last there is no 5 year warranty on a repair of a expired roof.

  Black ram dodge carrying this logo , bad driving. Taking advantage of highway entries to pass right lane drivers on a traffic jam.

  Amazing experience from start to finish. Dennis is fantastic to work with and the team did a wonderful job on our new shingles. Property was cleaned up nicely once the job was done. Competitively priced & very professional. Would definitely recommend!

  SUPER Fantastic Service, here is why in REAL and HONEST details. Dennis, the owner comes in to see what is going on first visually, without any stress whatsoever, very chill and talks like a friend. This pre-analysis and feeling of lets do business the right way was CRUCIAL for me, as others tried to stress me for a starting fee or they wont come and see, or when they come, they then say there will be a cost for them to analyze (which would then be taken off repair cost but that they didnt even tell you before coming), or they seem rushed to go to next place and that every second wasted is so important so that they can grab the next business... Anyways, once we are ready for the actual repair, i call them back and next day he shows up for the actual repair of my leaking roof, and they have a very close look, and they see the actual damage was from the brick window, and not even my roofing, so they go back and get the right material for fix the leak from the source, and that the roof is still good for at least another year, and gave me a budget for change over, and told me about the current price fluctuations going on. What more could i possibly want then feeling good to deal with to begin with (vs feel bad having dealt with other rushed or non-responsive other companies), giving me an honest opinion and troubleshooting the issue, giving me a fair price for the work, making me feel I did the right thing giving him my money, being happy my leak is fixed? From my experience, DONT believe all the positive reviews on the TOP google searches for Roofers in Oakville / Mississauga / Burlington, cause those companies either dont answer back after multiple calls (especially for repair), or dont even come to see you unless you agree to a minimum amount (without having an actual look), or try to make you feel at ease with a nice pre-analysis and human contact to do proper business and not worry if you will give them business or not.
