  Initially was pleased but within 3 years everything was leaking - corners, porch and patio. Ended up causing a lot of damage due to my delay in finding a replacement. New replacements identified ALOT of problems with the initial install. Please look around before choosing.

  One star only because they don't like to do small jobs and will charge a ridiculous amount so that you basically turn away on your own. Because the company is big now and that's where they're at. That is how it was justified to me. So if you have a small job, stay away from this company. This 1 star rating in no way reflects the workmanship of the company. $1500 for 15ft of gutter install on ground level structure. There you have it. The website fails to mention that small jobs are accepted at big job prices. They should at least mention the minimum price. Just saying!

  Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with D'Angelos. We had our roof with them and they did not complete their work and left outstanding items for several months. I do not recommend D'Angelos, there are a lot of folks out there who can do the job better

  Very expensive for eavestrough....$8K. Had a downspout directed the wrong way....a month later, have not come back to fix it...keep saying " next week ". They're supposed to come AGAIN this week...we'll see what happens. Word to the wise...do NOT pay your bill in full until ALL the work is done to your satisfaction. I paid my bill in full...you can see what happens....my perception is, once you pay your bill in full, they could care less about you. Prove me wrong, D' Angelo's!!

  I called D'Angelo and Sons to repair a section of my gutters that was leaking. During our consultation they asked if I wanted to install leaf guards on my gutters as well. It was something I was eventually planning on do so we went ahead with that as well. I called around and though the price was on the higher side compared to some, I went ahead with them due to their reviews. While the leaf guards installation was done well, my original problem of the gutter leak was not repaired. I also was disappointed that the cleaning of the gutters splattered gunk on windows and sides of my house below which was not cleaned afterwards. I brought this to their attention and they explained that repair may not be possible and that section of gutters may need to be replaced. They also explained that cleaning the house was not part of what they do. I was a little disappointed that this was not brought up before the leaf guards were installed but asked for a quote to replace the section. They failed to ever get back to me about this. I feel taken advantage of by them now as they sold me on an expensive service and disregarded my original reason for calling them in the first place. They got their money and never called me back.

  Sad to leave this review but I chose this company due to the 5 stars rating in the area. When I called them the customer service team was great and the Sales manager came to inspect the roof relatively quick. After inspecting the roof he told me that my whole roof had to be changed within 1 year and all the gutters need to be changed immediately. Also the cost to change the gutters was twice as much as another contractor. I brought other contractors and they said that my roof was in a good condition and the gutters didn’t have to be changed. I am happy I didn’t choose this company and not sure why they have 5 stars.

  Well I came home after a night shift to find buckets of water in the kitchen and the hallway🤬🤬. Water was coming down the walls forming great big blister and some of which we had to drain. Discovered the roof was in really bad shape so I called around. I know a very well trusted tradesman who suggests D’Angelo and Sons. Steve came out discussed what was wrong and what they could do including an emergency tarp. He gave us a quote and approximate week of starting. Carlos came exactly as promised and redid the roof and added some powered vents to help with air movement. I had some questions and he was always able to reply very promptly which was greatly appreciate👍. His lads were friendly and professional and the roof looks great. I also had the gutters and soffits (with lighting) replaced. Some areas didn’t have proper venting and the light sockets were rusting badly and were made before LED ones were available. Michael did a fantastic job with the gutters and soffits as well as helped sort out many questions I had. Having fast and helpful responses make a huge difference in having a good experience👍👍. The lads doing the gutters and soffits, Liam and his crew, were friendly professional and knew exactly what was needed to be done. A great example of one-stop shopping with fast and courteous customer service. Showed up on time, got the job done as promised and stuck to the estimate. I would highly recommend this company if you ever end up in “a bind”. Old school business acumen that is sorely needed in this day and age!

  Although eventually we did not use D’Angelo. And Sons, always Hayley answered all of our queries very quickly and knowlegibly. On no occasion did she return the answer to our questions over an hour of them being posted. Hayley is a credit to her occupation.

  We needed to replace our roof and eaves trough and we didn’t want to have to research multiple trades and warranties. I stumbled upon D’Angelo and saw that they handled everything along with the warranties. When Steven Hall showed up as their sales representative everything changed. Initially I didn’t see his vision but my husband did. Steven assured us that we would have support at each step with each trade that came through! He was 100% accurate. Jason, our project manager was amazing. He stood by us and was very patient and helpful! Everyone that came through was professional and thorough in their work. They took the time to answer any and every question we had. Steven’s ultimate vision was absolutely on point! We now have our forever home from the outside. Too bad they don’t do interior renovations! Thank you to the entire D’Angelo team!!
