They came to my house put a card in my door and when I called they wouldn't answer the phone.... don't come on my property and when I call don't answer the phone

  Reply from the business

After speaking with our sales team, we confirmed that one of our representatives stopped by your home while offering free roof inspections in the neighborhood. When no one answered the door, he simply left a card and left your property. You called him shortly after, and while he missed your initial call, he returned your call just 4 minutes later. The purpose of that call was not to request roofing assistance, but instead to curse at him and speak disrespectfully about why he had been on your property. Our representative did nothing more than leave information at your door and leave. We understand not everyone is interested in our services, and that’s completely okay, but we do ask that our team members are treated with the same respect they show homeowners. We stand behind our team and their professionalism, and we wish you the best moving forward.

After an unfortunate act of nature took out our privacy fence I contacted many contractors to replace it. Most were months out or to expensive because of the drive to wheeler. The roof gurus came out the next day and gave me a quote the day after that! They made my experience easy and affordable. I definitely recommend them!

Jett Walls from Roof Gurus worked very hard so everything would be done really fast. We got a new roof, gutters, and a new garage door. He was always in contact with us and making sure that things were running smoothly. Their work was great. Next time you have something to do on your roof consider contacting Jett Walls from Roof Gurus.
