Did business with this company while they still had an office in Lubbock. Since then, I have had a new leak in my roof that they refuse to repair. First, it was the solar panels, now it's the flashing, a problem THEY created when they damaged my metal siding. Not only that, but they made sure to remind me every time I needed them to look at it, that I was incoveniencing them because they are no longer in Lubbock. I bet when it's hail season again, they'll be local again. Please avoid this company at all costs. I thought I was doing business with a reputable company and not a fly by night.

Had a roof put on that was not complete and didn't finish my gutters. All I want is what was paid for or a partial reimbursement.

Good work when finished but it took 4 weeks to finish. I had workers show when they were not scheduled and dogs were set loose. Now I have been waiting 2 weeks for a single that was left off.

Roof Smith continues to deliver. Justin drove from Amarillo to Borger to inspect a roof for my client who is purchasing a home at no cost. He helped us get the small repairs that were needed done at the best price and brought peace of mind for my buyer which is paramount when purchasing a new home. Thank you!
