  I purchased a home about 6 weeks ago and Accent Roofing put a new roof on it the week before we purchased (due to the hailstorm this summer). The City of Amarillo came to inspect it and it failed in two areas. I spoke to the owner, Kevin, on Thursday, who said he would be out to fix it the next day. No one showed or called. He called on Sunday asking to come by. We were unable to accommodate due to family in from out of town because my grandmother was in the hospital from back surgery. He said no problem and that the earliest he could have someone out was Wednesday. I said no problem and to call so I could let him in. No show....no call....again. I called the City to issue a complaint on Thursday. Kevin calls me 20 mins after the City called me to say they just spoke to him. He comes out with one of his workers....they fix one issue and he said he would need to get a part to fix the other issue and that he would have this done the next day (Friday)so we can have the hot water heater for the weekend (Long Labor Day weekend). Great! ......again.........no show, no call. It is now Wednesday of the next week and I called upset. Let's see if he actually fixes this tonight.....not holding my breathe. Almost two weeks that the City inspector shut off our water heater (luckily we have two) due to a carbon monoxide issue with the venting. Simple communication could have helped avoid this situation and me writing this review. I understand the roofers are busy right now and emergencies come up.....but really.....communication is key in any business. And he is the owner of the company?! How do you treat your customers this way? Oh wait......he already got paid. Please do not use this company for your roofing needs.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Accent and we are very pleased with their work and their assistance in navigating a 4 month process of getting Allstate Insurance to step up and pay what they owed. Bryan and Kevin were very helpful. The new roof looks great and the installation crew did a good job of making sure everything was cleaned up before they left. We would highly recommend Accent!

  Very professional service. Workers cleaned up and didn’t leave anything behind. Kevin worked with my schedule and was prompt with his estimates and always returned my calls or texts in a timely manner.

  This company does quality roofing. He worked my insurance and got me paid right. After the install he followed up with me and made sure my job was up to his satisfaction.

  I wanted to get more than 1 estimate to get my roof replaced. The first contractor really pushed me to just go with him. I’m glad I didn’t do that. I also got estimate from Kevin over at Accent Roofing. I’m glad I did. Not only was his bid more competitive he also pointed out a few things the first contractor either missed or I think was going to up charge me when they did the work

  Accent roofing was very professional and prompt in the replacing of my roof. The owner went above and beyond to get me the best bang for my money. The installation crew did a very quick and clean job of getting the old roof removed and the new roof installed.   Kevin with Accent roofing is awesome! Was with us every step explaining everything and what we needed to do after the hail storm. Kevin even met with the insurance adjuster with my husband. New roofing looks amazing.
