  Thank you We have been pleased with our work and clients Please keep in mind when we repair a old rood done by other contractors, that we are repairing one area we do not guarantee the whole roof. Please look for that company and deal with them For example … when a contractor shingles over a board roof which is usually older homes it is an improper roof …we can replace missing shingles but what warranty on a board roof which should be re sheeted before shingles For a warranty the roof needs to be completely replaced and installed correctly. No patching after can correct the main issue and that lies with the original contractor Thank you and I hope others follow the feedback and try to remember do it right in all aspects when replacing your roof

  Hi, I have reviewed your file and now spoken to all involved. Our file shows you requested regular 24 hrs service at 275 plus. There is no mention of emergency service or emergency service fee. We usually give a morning or afternoon range, but we never quote an exact time. You did call to cancel after our men were on way to your house and were only blocks away when you called. Sometimes some people call 2 or three roofing companies to see who gets there first. That's why at the Roof Doctor we always clearly explain this to our clients that there is this fee. Our men were and are ready to respond 24 hrs a day. If you need fast service we do provide emergency service at a special fee. Thank you

  I'm not the only person to give them 1 start. Gave them a call to know more about the service. I thought they do free estimation but after a discussion it costs 350$. I understood and 350$ was not a big deal for me compare to the roof repair service. The thing was the owner told me that because I was asking too much and it made him upset and he hung up the phone. It is so rude. I dont know what kind of business is this and how they deal with customers.

  All I can say is wow, the owner is extremely rude. He was swearing profanities at me and giving me the finger as he almost crashed his truck into my car while running a stop sign. If their roofing is like their driving, stay away, and don`t call them to your home!

  My wife called in to get a quote to replace some missing shingles. They wanted to charge $175 just to come out and quote the job. When she mentioned no one else had charged for a quote he made fun of her for shopping around, said good luck and hung up on her. Seems like they have really friendly staff at the roof doctor!

  The best in the biz moved in last July noticed roof issues came out immediately fixed all issues at the time! Fast forward to today, had crazy wind storm last few days noticed other issues in different areas... Called again came out few hours later and fixed up ready to go again! Thanks Dave and son!

  Our experience with the roof doctor was excellent. They are very responsive and professional. We had a leak on the weekend and they were there in a couple of hours to do the repair. Also came back with any other concerns we had a few days later to check. We highly recommend them.

  I discovered raccoon damage just before we were to get a lot of rain. I called, they showed up very quickly. At first it seemed like a small fix but evidently the raccoon was persistent. Although the price grew, I was consulted with the changes before the work was done. Repairs were done quickly and professionally. Thanks for the quick service.

  We contacted The Roof Doctor on the recommendation of our neighbours. David and his team were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. We were given a quote at no charge. There were some additional costs due to some poor work performed by the previous roof. The reasons and cost were clearly explained to us and we were given the opton of proceeding or not. I was not the person home when the work was actually done. When I got home I barely noticed they has been there. The area around work area was spotless. Thanks Roof Doctor you were a pleasure to deal with!!

  Thank you for coming and saving the day. These guys responded very quickly to my emergency repair request when no one else could handle the weather conditions. I think I was more worried about their safety then the fix itself. They fixed the problem in a few hours, were very transparent and thorough in their job to stop the issue. Lots of experience. I should have had these guys do my roof on day 1.

  Excellent work. They got here 30 minutes after I called. Dave assessed the situation and you could just tell that he knew what he was talking about. It is always good to have a guy with so much experience. Not only did he fix a problem that another company tried but failed to repair, he did it for a reasonable price. Do yourself a favour and don't call anyone else, you can thank me later.

  A couple of years ago, I asked for quotes for redoing a rather large roof. The Roof Doctor provided me with a quote but I had a couple of others that were less expensive. I foolishly made the choice to go with the less expensive quote. We had no end of problems with our roof and could not get satisfaction from the roofer that had completed it. I wound up calling The Roof Doctor who pointed out all of the defects and substandard workmanship. I engaged him to repair the issues as well as address a few other issues (such as the replacement of a flat roof that we had not had done). Everything that The Roof Doctor did was perfect. I am not a roofer, but I could see the difference in the workmanship. I wish I had hired him from the very beginning. It has taught me that rarely is the least expensive quote the way to go. It has further taught me that as far as roofing goes in the future, I will only use The Roof Doctor.
