  These guys did an awesome job on my rear porch overhang, so I had them out to estimate the front for myself and a neighbour... Good price, we went forward, picked a colour (metal roof), and agreed to the pricing. This was three months ago But that was the last we heard from Jordan... Phone goes to voicemail, no return calls, emails are left unanswered, by both myself and my neighbour While we understand things happen in business, leaving customers in the dark with zero communication is the absolute worst Not recommended

  We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication. You’re absolutely right — being left in the dark is frustrating, and that’s not the experience we want anyone to have. The delay and missed follow-ups were on us. We were dealing with an overload of work at the time, and there was also confusion around the final scope of the front project. Both you and your neighbour had signed, and afterward there was discussion about removing existing shingles, but the revised scope was never fully confirmed between all parties. That said, we should have communicated clearly instead of going silent. We truly appreciate you pointing out that you were happy with the original rear overhang work, and we’re grateful for that opportunity. We apologize again for how this situation was handled, and we would genuinely welcome the chance to make this right if you’re open to it. Thank you for your honesty, and again, we’re sorry for the frustration this caused.

  New roof and eavestrough/sofit/facia installed Dec 6th/23 and Mar 7th/24 shingles started to curl. Tried several times to contact Jordan but was ignored and when he eventually contacted us he would say he is coming and but not show. Jordan said everything was installed properly and when I asked what he was going to do he said "I don't know I need to contact GAF". This has been going on for 3 months and now he wants us to file a claim against GAF shingles company. We feel like we have been taken advantage of!!! Al we want is what we paid for a properly installed shingles. So much for Canada Pro Roofing warranty and standing by their product and workmanship.

  We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this situation caused. We would like to clarify that this matter has since been fully resolved and the roof was completely replaced at no cost to the homeowner. The delay occurred because it was necessary to determine whether the shingle curling was the result of a material defect or another underlying issue before proceeding. This process required inspections and confirmation from the manufacturer to ensure the appropriate and permanent solution was applied. Although this is not typically how we prefer issues to unfold, it was important to properly identify the cause rather than proceed with a repair that may not have fully addressed the problem. Once the cause was confirmed, we took full responsibility and completed a full roof replacement. We are pleased that the matter has now been resolved and that the homeowner has received the properly installed roof they originally contracted for.

  Asked for quote. This guy wanted to charge me $500for work i got done in $100. Lol no thanks buddy. These roofing guys take advantage of you esp when there wind storm and theres MINOR damage and they pretend like your changing the hole roof

  We appreciate your feedback, although please take into consideration that we have other expenses to cover in order to repair your roof. Material. Wsib, liability insurance, gas, car insurance, wages, etc. We are glad you found someone who was able to repair your roof. Thanks

  Jordan and team assisted me twice, once three years ago when raccoons tried making home through a small gap in to the attic second time last week when we had weather alert, heavy rain and storm - Jordan inspected and fixed few shingles. . He is honest, prompt, quick and reliable. I recommend contacting him for your roofing issues.

  We contracted Canada Pro Roofing to inspect and repair our eavestroughs after Ice damming occurred this winter. They also installed leaf filters/screening to keep our eavestroughs clean and free of leaves build up. Jordan, their rep was great. They were competitive, timely and great to deal with. Thanks for the good work.

  My skylight in my bathroom started leaking during one of the heavy rainstorms recently. I called Jordan at Canada Pro Roofing and he came and checked what needed to be repaired. He fastened a tarp over the area to prevent anymore damage and later that day he provided me a quote for the repair. His quote was very well laid out so I would know exactly what was involved in the repair. The job was completed and I was shown pictures of how the skylight was installed and everything looked great. Jordan was very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend him for your roofing needs.

  Wind ripped flashing off my roof. I contacted these guys and they were on it, communicated fast, fixed it at a good price and sent me completion photos. Highly recommend! (Before and after photos attached)
