  Work was done on the Second level flat roof. All the work is well documented and probably had good intentions of mitigating an area of the roof that had more ponding by adding a drain. Renatos team added a drain which ran through the ceiling to an outdoor downspout leading water onto the 1st story flat roof that only had one drain and the opposite side of house. Last year I had replaced the whole lower level roof because of significant leaking due to extra water draining from top with nowhere to go. This year the drain they added up top disconnected at a UFlow fitting which connects the copper drain stem to ABS through the ceiling outside to downspout that froze solid due to weather. Turns out the part is only warrantied for 1 year but the roof job was warrantied for 10 years. The team did not consider issues that would arise by adding a drain the way they did. They used parts that require maintenance without disclosing to home owners . The method was not thought through and I have had to repair large sections of the ceiling twice and the whole lower level roof as a result of Renatos workmanship. Initially, he offered to take responsibility for the drain separating and ruining my ceiling. We shook hands. After he sent a repair company to quote he backed out and said he would not help because it costs too much. He would not even help with my deductible for insurance to repair the ceiling. He does not stand behind his work and does not accept responsibility for poor workmanship and flawed install methods.

It was performed for the previous homeowner almost two years before you purchased the property. When you contacted us, we responded immediately because we offer a 10-year workmanship warranty to the original client. When we asked to visit the property to inspect the roof and take responsibility if the issue was related to our work, you informed us the roof had already been repaired by another contractor. Unfortunately, once any third party opens or alters a roof, the original workmanship warranty becomes void. During our review of the photos you provided, we also noticed visible signs of third-party work around the chimney area, including concrete marks and repairs that were not part of our installation. After sharing our original job photos and documentation with you, you acknowledged your frustration and apologized for the misunderstanding. You then asked if we could keep the warranty active and also requested a quote for the lower roof, which had never been replaced by the previous owner due to budget limitations. We visited the property, completed measurements, and provided a quote at your request. A date was scheduled, and our team arrived as agreed, but no one answered the door and our calls were declined. We never heard back. Almost a year later, you contacted us again regarding a leak by the drain. Despite the roof having been previously altered, we still attended the same day to assess the situation. The U-Flow fitting on the drain — an independent component covered by its own manufacturer warranty — was found completely loose. U-Flow fittings do not typically become fully loose years after installation, which suggests the component may have been manipulated or disturbed at some point after our original work.   All we can say is WOW! From the first time Renato came to our home he was fully transparent. Showed us all of his insurance documents and certifications. It is very challenging in this day and age (with all of the bad actors and scammers) to make a decision on who to hire for large jobs and purchases, but sometimes you just have to go with that gut feeling. Renato was so very professional from our first meeting. He kept in touch on the estimated timeline exactly as promised and boy did he and his team deliver! Such a hardworking group who clearly work well together. Pricing was more than reasonable. No hidden costs and when they were finished, there was not one single piece of debris left on our property.   I would like to start out by stating that from my 1st phone call to Pro Roofing Services, (Mr. Renato Da Silva) to the final day, we had nothing but professional, courteous and well qualified people on site. This all started with the owner of Pro Roofing Services Mr. Renato Da Silva coming to our home to provide us with an assessment of our roof and a quote for same. Mr. Da Silva was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He explained absolutely everything in great detail and exactly what was required and why. There was never any pressure whatsoever to hire his company. Our decision was based on facts and the honesty and credibility of Mr. Da Silva and Pro Roofing Services. What a pleasure and comfort it was to see just how much effort went into protecting our property while this work was being done and this was exemplified by positive comments by our Neighbours. Mr. Da Silva not only supervised the entire project but was one of the working crew. He was on site from start to finish and he leads by example, a very hard worker who takes pride in his work. Renato's attention to detail is amazing. The work provided was a new roof on our home and shed, a new skylight and upgraded insulation. They use only high-quality products, and materials. We would not hesitate to recommend Pro Roofing Services, a company that came when they said they would come, did what they said they would do and for the amount provided.   Renato is a breath of fresh air. In a massive downpour a few weeks ago we had water seeping down the wall inside our office building. He showed up within hours, found the source of the leak and patched it up for a very reasonable cost. Fast, efficient, courteous. What else do you want from a roofing company? Will definitely be using Pro Roofing again in the future!

  We had our roof done last summer and we wanted to give it a good amount of time (after winter especially) before we left an honest review and I can say we are extremely happy with the results!! Renato and his crew were incredible! They replaced our roof, fixed our roof exhaust vents as they were improperly done by the previous owners, and despite the fact that we had to change the wood underneath the shingles(again due to poor installation by previous owners) the total was still less than original estimates from other companies! Due to the amazing work done by Renato and his team, we are customers for life! If you are doing any sort of work related to your roof, Pro Roofing Services is the best and only choice!

  Highly recommended. The job was done as scheduled. Renato and his crew did a great job and ensured everything around the house was protected, while the work was being done.   We hired Pro Roofing to repair some badly worn and leaking sections on the roof of our house in Crown Point East. They came right away and tarped the leaking roof. When the day was booked the crew did the entire job start to finish in one day. The work is excellent, tidy, and the roof doesn't leak anymore, which is good considering all the rain we've had. Highly recommend!
