  No call back when they said no show up when they say call you at there convenience not yours have to wait all day around then call with excuses I'm just a small single wide that needs a new roof I guess I'm not big enough for profit to get them to show so I see why the need donations to keep business open cause no one wants to work . So heed my warning don't use these people. Lot more roofers that callback an show up that need the work an feed there families

  We are sorry to hear that you feel your experience was less than satisfactory. You contacted our office on February 9th and asked to speak to an estimator. One of our team members spoke to you and provided you with an estimated budget price based on the information provided. You contacted our office again on Friday February 16th and spoke to the same team member. You mentioned that you were ready to proceed with your roof project. We informed you that we would be happy to serve you, but it would be best to move forward with a formal roof inspection to obtain photo documentation in its existing condition. We said we could possibly have someone out Friday, however later that afternoon, we contacted you and said it would Monday February 19th for the inspection. You said that would be great because you would be home all day for the holiday. Our aim is always to provide exceptional service, and while there was not a specific time provided to you for a roof inspection today, we apologize for falling short of your expectations. In addition, The Roof Co. Serves is a campaign that simply highlights community organizations and non-profits. The Roof Co. Waco does NOT accept donations on behalf of these organizations. Feedback is always valuable to us as we continuously strive to improve. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly.   I can't speak to actual work being done.. but I had Josh come out for an estimate. He was fast and friendly. However, when it came down to him giving a quote..I'm still waiting. Been 3 weeks and still nothing. I'll use someone else that treats me as a priority.

  Had the roofing company repair our roof after the recent ice storm. They were quick, very responsive, and efficient. We received regular updates with pictures of the progress. Highly recommend!

  As a representative for St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, I worked closely with Clete, Raul, and Omar on the re-roofing of two historic buildings on the campus, the church building itself and the original parish house. Although there were some unanticipated surprises discovered during demo and setbacks due to weather events, the RoofCo crew worked tenaciously to solve the challenges presented in this project. Their willingness to trouble shoot, find creative solutions, and work long hours to ensure completion to our satisfaction was commendable. Additionally, we appreciated their use of photography to update us on their progress.

  Hired the Roof Co to replace the flat roof on our office. The experience was great. Everyone was very accommodating and professional. They began the work when they said and finished earlier than estimated. I would highly recommend The Roof Co.
