  My husband set an appointment on 11/04 between 3:30 - 5:00 for someone to come and give us an estimate on replacing our roof and no one showed up or called us. My husband called on 11/05 to find out why no one showed up or called us and the secretary advised him that if was a mistake because they show that they had already came out to look at our roof a few months ago. We did call a couple of roofing companies to come and look at our roof to see if we had roof damage and at that time, we were advised that we didn't have any and never got an estimate. Now we are looking to replace the roof and getting estimates to have the work done. On 11/05 the secretary apologized and set up another appointment for 11/08 between 5:00 - 5:30, again no one showed up or called. My husband called this morning (11/09) to find out why again no one called or showed up and the secretary advised that the person that was supposed to come to our house had to pick her kids up and that she tried calling my husband. No one tried calling my husband and no voicemail was left. The secretary asked to schedule another appointment and my husband told her that we would take our business somewhere else. We would have like to use this company to replace our roof, however, if you can't depend on them to keep their appointments, how can you depend on them to show up and work on your home.

  Hello Monica. We show that we originally gave you an estimate for a new roof on 08/31/21 and then again on 09/20/21. We were then informed that y’all were going with another contractor. We deeply apologize for the confusion on our end as our residential salesman had called the wrong “Coy” in her phone for the schedule change.   Estimator enhanced the damaged roof, by ripping up shingles in various spots, FOR WHAT?!? Made false claims about other roofing companies in the area and was 2x the cost of any other bid. Make sure you call other's and get a few bids...The woman they sent out was a joke and not a good person to represent any business.

  Warning hey these guys did my moms roof now here we are 3 Years! Later lots of shingles are falling off water comes through our fireplace they said they dont come back to fix things we r getting a new roof again amd bidders are saying they did a terrible job and thats the gods honest truth Watch out!

  I’m sorry but this is not true. We would never treat our customers this way. If there is ever an issue, we have always taken care of it, regardless of the cost. You may want to check again regarding who you hired because it wasn’t us.
