They nailed all of the gutter guards on my house to the roof. When I requested this be fixed it was partially corrected and I was told someone would be back with a ladder to reach the others. However this was over a month ago and it's …

Scheduled to have an evaluation for a quote, they never showed. Called a week later they apologized and got someone out to give a quote when the guy showed up he said he was the wrong guy to send for the type of work we needed but would get us a quote….never heard back from anyone about getting “the right guy” out or a quote for the small maintenance we needed.

I’m so sorry to hear that. We would love to make it right. If this was in regard to a metal roofing project that you wanted painted we do not do that work as it voids warranties and can disguise defects. Feel free to reach out and we will get you any quote you need.

We worked with Oscar, and had a great experience! He was a great communicator. Helped us handle the claims process with our insurance company, and made this big purchase a lot less stressful than it could have been. Our roof turned out great, and we would definitely recommend this company!

The Roof Guys did a great job, the fact that they assisted me when filing my insurance claim, says a lot for their company; they care for the people they are working for. Ryan Ciborosky did a great job, was helping us every step of the way, from the before mentioned area, to keeping me informed of when the crew would show up to remove and install the new shingles and facia. (The roof crew are outstanding, very hard workers and knowledgeable of roof maintenance). Ryan also informed us of when the gutters and downspouts were going to be installed. Any issues we had, Ryan was always willing to help straighten it out. Ryan is truly an asset to The Roof Guys LLC. Thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my roof replaced by The Roof Guys, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and communicated every step of the process clearly. Travis was absolutely amazing to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the project, and even provided an upgrade that exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond by personally coming to my workplace to pick up insurance paperwork, which made the process so much easier and showed how much he genuinely cares about his customers. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed my entire roof in just one day. They were respectful of my property and left everything clean when the job was finished. If you’re looking for a roofing company in the Clarksville area, I highly recommend The Roof Guys. Their professionalism, quality workmanship, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service made the entire process stress-free. I would absolutely use Travis and The Roof Guys again in the future and will be recommending them to anyone needing a new roof.
