Yesterday, 9/24/2018, I phoned Action Roofing and spoke to the owner regarding my roof. He gave me a glowing report on his credentials. He said he would call his foreman and they would come that day. He asked what time would be best. I stated any time after 12. He said he would call when they were coming. It has been 28 hours since I spoke to him. NO phone call, no text, nothing. It makes 0 sense to me why you would try to sell yourself to a prospective client and then not even follow up. I would say don't waste your time with this business.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They never came out to fix the roof when I had the entire roof replaced by them and was under warranty through them. They're trash. Rob will make excuses saying they'll come out but never do. Even my Property Management tried contacting them several times. Ended up using another company to fix a leak THEY CAUSED.

This guy never showed up for his appointment to give us an estimate on our roof. I tried calling several times when he didn't show, he didn't answer my call and voicemail was full. 2 weeks have went by and he still hasn't called with any explanation. Very unprofessional.

I had action roofing to fix my roof and they were very knowable and professional. And very nice. I am going to rate them 5 star from being on time, getting the job done. Ask for Robert for your needs for your roof. And it's very affordable.

They're very humble, old school roofing guys, they don't show up in fancy trucks trying to impress, they don't ask you to sign anything. They genuinely care that you're taken care of correctly. Thank you to Action Roofing for protecting me and my family.

It was great working with this team. Very systematic approach to each job the did for me. Very punctual and explained everything step by step. I am very glad that our paths crossed on this roofing project which lead to other projects. Action roofing is my choice moving forward. Owner and crew chief/Forman are very knowledgeable in construction and how to get the job completed. 👍🏽.

These guys are the best! Lenin Garcia and Robert DeBord are wonderful to work with. Super happy with the roof and gutters they just installed. Amazingly fast (one day for the roof) high quality craftmanship and organized. Will hire them again in the spring to repair and clean up my driveway and deck! Local too!

Called Robert, Action Roofing, to get an estimate for a leaky roof. Because storms were predicted on that day, he sent out workers to tarp the roof to prevent further damage. Robert worked with my insurance to replace the roof with fair pricing. I highly recommend this company. After signing the contract, work was completed the next day.

I used Action Roofing about 3-4 years ago to correctly fix a leak along the roofline where my home has an addition. I had 2 other "roofers" come out to fix it, which still left me with a leaking roof. Rob and his guys correctly fixed my …

I was in Clarksville Tn one day and met with Robert of Action Roofing to replace my roof on a rental property. He inspected and gave me the estimate and I signed the contract for the replacement of the roof on the spot and flew to Virginia that evening. He replaced the roof the very next day. The next day from Virginia, I wired the full payment. Very good workmanship. The roof looks fantastic. When it comes to roofing, Action Roofing is the only company that call for all of my roofing projects in the Clarksville and surrounding areas. He's a very honest individual. He tells you like it is and stands behind his work. Due to his heavy backlog of houses that needed roof replacements, and my short time frame in Clarksville, Robert expedited the replacement of my roof. This very impressive to me.

After noticing a roof leak late at night during a rainstorm, I called Action Roofing first thing in the morning based on its great Google Reviews. The owner sent out a team to fix the issue that same morning and they did a great job for a great price. Lenin, who is the team lead, was on site and briefed me on the issue and how it was to be fixed. He even provided me before and after photos! Action Roofing will continue to be my first call when I have similar issues.
