I had a roofing company replace my roof and rebuild my skylight, and I was very pleased with the work. Recently, I noticed a roof leak showing up from the back bedroom area down toward the kitchen while getting ready to repaint my home. I called the roofer that handled the original roof work, and Miguel came out to inspect everything. Miguel was respectful, clear, and upfront. He asked where I thought the leak was starting and then checked the full roofing system carefully, including the area around the skylight, shingles, and flashing. I learned that roof maintenance and reconditioning should be done from time to time to help prevent leaks and keep the roof in good shape, especially with the heat, rain, and storms we can get in TN. Miguel explained that my roof was overdue for maintenance, so I moved forward with the work order. He also let me know it might take up to two weeks before the crew could return, but he patched the problem area right away to help stop more water from getting in. That temporary repair gave me peace of mind. The roofing crew came out the very next day, which was a great surprise. Miguel and his partner were professional, polite, and worked efficiently. They finished in about an hour and explained that everything should now be sealed up properly and performing the way it should. The whole process was smooth, and the communication was excellent from inspection to repair. I’m very happy with the roofing service, the quick response, and the care they showed with my home. I would definitely recommend this roofer to anyone needing roof repair, leak service, skylight work, or general roof maintenance in ALT Pleasant View.

Chavez & Sons Roofing Llc removed many old layers of shingles and shake roofing, then installed a new roof and gutters with great care. The price was very fair, the service was excellent, and the whole roofing job was finished faster than I expected without cutting corners. Miguel kept a close eye on the project from start to finish, and every crew worked smoothly on its part while staying organized together. From the first visit, he was very thorough in spotting possible roofing issues, explaining the work clearly, and taking care of unexpected problems with smart, efficient solutions. I really appreciated the strong attention to detail, the solid workmanship, and how clean and professional the entire process was. The new roof and gutter system look great, improve drainage, and give me a lot of confidence in the long-term protection of my home.

After recent storms, we saw nearby homes in ALT Pleasant View getting roofing work done by Chavez & Sons Roofing LLC, so our neighbors suggested we have Miguel check our roof too. Miguel came out, did a careful roof inspection, and found only a small nail pop, which he fixed during the visit. He also showed us clear photos of the shingles, pipe flashing, and roof flashing so we could see the condition for ourselves. There was no wind damage on our roof at this time, which gave us peace of mind. We appreciated the honest assessment, the helpful communication, and the professional roofing service, and we will definitely reach out again when we need roof repair or a full roof replacement.

I’ve hired Chavez & Sons Roofing LLC for two roofing-related projects and was very pleased both times. From setting up the estimate to arriving on time and finishing the work in a professional way, the crew made the whole process easy and dependable. They recently replaced some old roof-adjacent windows and carefully checked that everything was sealed properly and that I was fully satisfied before wrapping up. They also replaced a skylight, and that job went just as smoothly as the most recent one. The workmanship was solid, the cleanup was thorough, and the communication stayed clear from start to finish. I would gladly use them again for future roofing and exterior home projects.

we’ve hired this roofing company several times, and they have always delivered excellent service. miguel and his crew do quality roofing work at a fair price and make the whole process easy. most recently, they replaced our roof and installed new gutters with gutter guards, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. the crew worked efficiently, kept the property clean, and left the area looking spotless when the job was done. they even returned later to inspect the finished work and make sure everything met high standards. it’s clear they care about doing the job right and helping protect the home from tennessee heat, rain, and storms. our new roof and gutter system look great, and if we ever need roofing help again, this is the company we will call.

Buying a metal roof is one of the biggest and most expensive home projects i have taken on, so i wanted to be careful with the whole roofing process. I had a very good experience during the estimate and sales process with miguel. Other roofing companies came out to look at my home but never followed through with a quote, which was frustrating. With this team, communication was clear, they stayed in touch, and they were very open about materials, pricing, and what the roof installation would involve. Their quote was in line with the other roofing estimates i received, and they made the process feel professional and straightforward. Even though I decided not to move forward, I would still recommend that others consider them for metal roofing work because they were reliable, transparent, and easy to work with.

I hired a roofing crew to replace my roof, and it turned out beautiful. They installed a full new roof system, added ridge vents for better attic airflow, and replaced damaged roof decking where needed. The finished roof really stands out in the best way and looks like one of the nicest on the block. Miguel was great to work with from start to finish. The team gave excellent customer service before the job, during the roofing work, and even after everything was completed. A while later, I noticed a small piece of flashing that did not look quite right, and they responded quickly and came back right away to fix it. That kind of follow-up and support gave me real peace of mind. They were honest, dependable, and easy to trust throughout the whole project. The workmanship was solid, the communication was clear, and the cleanup was handled well. It is not easy to find a roofer that stands behind their work, but this team truly did. They went beyond what I expected, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement, roof repairs, ventilation upgrades, or other exterior home work. They are my go-to roofing team for future home projects.
