I spoke with Wayne twice, about 3 months ago. He said he was headed out of town and he'd call back to provide diagnostics on my roof for insurance. He never called and won't answers calls or texts, very unprofessional.

I live in Potomac Crest (located in Triangle, VA) and during the storms on July 4th, the winds did some damage to the ends of our roof as well as pulled up some flashing pieces. I immediately started looking for emergency roof repair in 22172 area code. Trusted Roof Systems was one of three roofing companies that came up. I clicked on Waynes site and got his number so I called him and left a message not realizing I would get a call back on the 4th. He called later in the evening and we set up time for him to come out to the house to assess the damage the next morning. He showed up on time and his main focus was mitigating any further damage to ensure that no rain would be able to get in. It's still early in the process but Wayne has been helpful in walking us through working with his crew and helping with the insurance claim. He has been very dedicated to following all construction guidelines and building codes and continues to educate us by providing guidelines in black and white, all while meticulously capturing each step with annotations and photo evidence of damage. I'm confident that the process will continue smoothly and based on his knowledge of construction, building codes and the insurance claim process, we will be completing it very soon.

I reached out after noticing missing shingles after a windy night. They responded faster than expected and did a temporary fix the same day before scheduling a full repair. That alone prevented further damage. When they returned, they replaced a larger section than I initially expected because they found surrounding areas were also weakened. They showed me everything before proceeding, which I appreciated. Cleanup was decent, though I did find a few small nails later in the driveway, but overall the repair feels strong and reliable now.

Mr. Harrington, although we appreciate five star reviews, we didn’t perform work on your home. The contractor that performed the work deserves the credit.

As a homeowner in King William County, Virginia, I recently had the pleasure of working with Wayne from Trusted Roof Systems on my roof replacement. Upon removing the old shingles, Wayne identified significant damage to the roof deck and the need to relocate two vent pipes. He promptly addressed these issues, replacing half of the roof deck and installing GAF WeatherWatch leak barrier and GAF Tiger Paw synthetic felt. Despite not having time to install the shingles before a severe rainstorm, the protective measures held up remarkably well, there were no leaks whatsoever. I highly recommend Wayne and Trusted Roof Systems for their professionalism, expertise, and their quality of work.

Mr. Quinn, when I encounter a roof system that deviates from the shingle manufacturer’s installation instructions, it reflects a contractor’s conscious decision to disregard essential guidelines. This often indicates a lack of moral commitment to adhering to the relevant building codes and industry standards. Unfortunately, it also suggests that the contractor prioritized profits over the homeowner’s best interests and the integrity of their property. At Trusted Roof Systems, we pride ourselves on being different. With our experience, expertise, and unwavering dedication to providing honest, reliable roofing services, we ensure every roof we install meets or exceeds manufacturer guidelines and local building codes. This commitment not only protects homeowners but also enhances the longevity and performance of their roofing system. Thank you, Mr. Quinn, for helping homeowners see why Trusted Roof Systems is the best choice for all roofing needs. It’s our privilege to deliver the quality, trust, and care that homeowners deserve.

Very detailed analysis. Checks and inspections were done that original installer failed to do, leading to current problems. This thorough inspection brought to light many shortcuts that the previous contractor took and gives me the assurance that the work will be done correctly. Attention to detail and knowledge about the product, codes, and regulations was excellent.

Mr. Walker, thanks for trusting Trusted Roof Systems to unbiasedly inspect the existing installation condition of your fairly new roof on your beautiful home in Virginia Beach. Our inspection’s baseline is determined by the roofing manufacturer’s installation instructions which includes but not limited to the manufacturer’s recommendations and requirements. Strictly following the manufacturer’s installation instructions ensure their roofing materials’ maximum performance against the elements of weather and their life expectancy. Also, while inspecting, we confirm compliance with all Virginia Residential Building Codes found in Chapter 9 Roof Assemblies and all other appropriate building codes relevant to building a new roof system. Every new roof needs inspecting. Every new roof needs Trusted Roof Systems to determine whether or not it was Built To Last, Not To Leak! Again, thanks, Mr. Walker for helping Trusted Roof Systems raise awareness about the importance of having a new roof installation in full compliance with manufacturer’s installation instructions and all relevant roofing building codes.
