TekRoof

The only one or two-star review we hold for TekRoof.

I had a gentleman come out to my house from TekRoof for a quote on my roof and gutters. The company seemed good from the reviews I've read, but after 4 days with no call or email after the quote I reached out to the salesman. That was over a week ago and still nothing. Now I understand being busy but no response after a 10 days that's really unprofessional. Needless to say I went with another company.

I cannot sing the praises of Tek Roof loudly enough. As a family-owned business they are not as well known as some of the larger roofing contractors, and I contacted them on the basis of a personal recommendation from a friend. From the moment I first met Rafael and Esperanza and read their proposal, I knew I was making the right choice. Their proposal for a complete roof replacement described - in words and photos - every aspect of the procedures and materials they would use and they went out of their way to meet my budget constraints. They and their crew were friendly, efficient, professional and attentive to every detail. They kept me informed of all aspects of the progress and any necessary weather-related delays, and sent me a gallery of photos showing every step along the way from before to after. When the crew accidentally damaged a skylight, they replaced it the very next day with a product that was even better than the broken one. When they were finished they did a meticulous cleanup, putting every chair, flowerpot and bird feeder back where it belonged and even offering to clean up some messes for which they were not responsible. At the end, my house looked like new and my yard as neat as a pin. Not a scrap of debris in sight, not a tool or a nail left behind. Esperanza, especially, was a delightful project manager and we had many a pleasant conversation while she attentively supervised the work. If you need a roof replacement, don't hesitate to contact Tek Roof!

They replaced the entire gutter on my commercial building and patched a series of holes in the rubber roof. Sent photos and videos of all the work performed as well. Very happy with their professionalism and service.

This is a very good roofing company. I am a property manager, and have used TekRoof at least a dozen times in and around Jamaica Plain from smaller repairs to replacement. Their work is top notch. Rafael the owner and all his employees are very professional, reliable and thoughtful. They are who to call when no one else can find the leak (!!!) they just know their stuff. They leave the site as clean or cleaner than it was. They take the time to explain and show you very clearly what is going on with your roof. I trust them and I think their prices are reasonable considering the quality and thoroughness of their work. Just really nice people too.

I had a new roof installed after having a leak. They did a phenomenal job and were very professional with keeping everything tidy and clean throughout the process and even did a thorough cleaning at the end. The roof looks better than ever thanks to the TEK Roof team.

Used TEK Roofing on a couple projects from repairs to a full roof replacement. Raphael has been my contact on all occasions and has been great. I found the pricing to be fair when receiving other estomates.
