  Tedricks use to be my go to roofer. Not sure what happened. I’ve called twice over the past couple months and never received a call back. I did talk to a receptionist both times. I had to go with a different company to get my roof fixed.

  We are sorry you had issues with your roof! We have gone back 20 years in our system and don't see your customer name listed. But at 10 years your roof would have been under warranty and been fixed free of charge. Any issues or damage would have been fixed. Don't quite understand the part about you opted to have our estimator do a repair at a lower price rather than have a repair done by the company where there is recourse. There is not a company out there that has not had problems. We have always stood behind our work and returned to address any issues. Not sure who you gave your money to, but perhaps you should have talked to the owner of the company if you suspected that much damage and had it fixed properly, and free of charge and under warranty. Wish you good luck with your beautiful new metal roof.

  Called their number and got an answering service. They were supposed to call back. I haven't heard from them. At this time I consider them totally unreliable and would not recommend them.

  Took too long, 3 weeks. nice guys Jim and john, doesn't make up for having to watch the project every step, to make sure they followed the contract. High priced. Would not recommend.

  They cleaned my roof. Did an excellent job. Work included prep, roof, gutters, anti moss. And post cleanup. I will have them by next year to maintain the roof.

  Just had a house and outbuilding roofs installed by Tedrick's. They were very professional, did a great job and left the house and property as clean as it was before doing the work. As an extra bit of service, Jim contacted me right after a recent windstorm to see is there were any issues, I was out to town and he stopped by the house and checked it all out. Great service!!!

  Tedrick’s roofing came to our rescue. Jim Tedrick came to our home to inspect the roof and let us know that our roof was still in great shape and only needed a repair. Which was a relief! The price for the repair was affordable and in our budget. The job was done quickly and the crew was professional. We had about 3 other companies also look at our roof and each one only offered quotes for a new roof and no mention of repair. Tedrick’s took the time and found the solution that worked for our family and really cares. This was a few years ago, and when my moms roof was leaking and he came hee rescue and was able to replace her roof and they did a wonderful job. Then again, I reached out to Tedricks because I thought I had a leak in my roof. He came out the very same day, today to come and inspect my roof. He let us know that our roof was still in good shape and that the issue was coming from the solar panels we had installed and the recent cold weather. It was reassuring to know that the issue was not serious. We really appreciated his time to come and take a look at it for us. Over the years, he has taken care of our roofing needs for us and my moms house and is phenomenal with the services provided.

  Beautiful roof, excellent job, highly professional. Love our roof! As a side note, the roofers knew we have a rescue dog who was stressed, they made a point to make friends with her!

  No idea why people have flat roof in this area where there’s so much rain and snow. When I found out the ceiling got wet with bubbles, I called Jim early in the morning. He came over quickly to inspect the condition and sent his guys up to clean the downspout and patched the roof. It’s understandable that water can always find its way to go down. So, it took a few times to finally stop the leak. And Jim has been diligently following up on it. He’s so kind and honest that if your roof only needs a repair, he would not suggest a new roof. His price is very reasonable, too. Hats off for you, Jim.
