These people said they would show for an estimate. I called multiple times to confirm and no one showed. Waited for two hours.

Team Usa Roofing & Exteriors replaced my gutter system and did an excellent job. they explained that a wider gutter would catch more rainwater and reduce the need for extra downspout runs, which made drainage around the roofline and home much better. recently, i reached out because i needed a color-matched piece for my existing downspout so it could extend farther away from the foundation. samuel was very helpful, and they were already nearby, so a matching piece was dropped off for me. i really appreciated the support even long after the original gutter work was completed. It gave me peace of mind knowing the water now flows away from the house the way it should. With the heavy rain and strong storms we have had lately, that kind of reliable gutter and drainage service really matters. Great follow-up, helpful service, and quality roofing-related exterior work overall.

Samuel did a very thorough and excellent job checking our roof for storm damage. He arrived right on time, was professional and easy to talk to, and even went the extra mile by handling a few temporary roof repairs to help prevent leaks until the full roof replacement could be done. The roofing crew was amazing from start to finish. They paid close attention to every detail, worked together like a skilled and efficient team, and completed the job faster than we expected without cutting corners. The new roof looks beautiful, and the workmanship really stands out. We are in Hermosa Beach, and it was great to work with a roofing team that understands local weather conditions and what a home in CA needs for lasting protection. I highly recommend this five-star roofing company for anyone needing roof inspection, repairs, or a full replacement.

My roof had storm damage, and the crew worked with my insurance agent to help get the roofing project set up smoothly. On the scheduled day, the team arrived right on time and got started right away. They were very organized, efficient, and clearly knew how to handle a steep roof safely. Even with the challenging pitch, they finished the full roof replacement in just one day. They used tarps around the home to protect the landscaping and plants, which I really appreciated. The whole roofing process felt professional from start to finish, and the workmanship looked solid. Their cleanup was excellent too. I did not find loose shingles, debris, or nails in the yard, and they even swept the patio and parking area before leaving. I would highly recommend this roofing team to anyone in Hermosa Beach needing reliable roof repair or replacement after storm damage.

Our experience with this roofing company was excellent from the first roof estimate through planning and final completion. The whole team was easy to reach, honest, dependable, and very clear about every step of the roofing process. Their quote was right in the middle of the other bids we received, and the roof workmanship, service, and overall care they provided were truly impressive. Before the roofing job even started, they took extra steps to protect our home. We had an active roof leak, and as soon as we signed the contract, they sent a crew out to tarp the roof right away. A few days later, strong coastal winds loosened the tarps, and they returned quickly to secure everything again. That fast response gave us real peace of mind and showed they take roof protection seriously. Any time we had questions about the roof work, scheduling, materials, or next steps, someone was available by phone or email and always gave us helpful answers quickly. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked hard, stayed professional, and kept the project moving smoothly. They also did a great cleanup when the job was done, leaving the property neat and safe. We are very happy with the quality of the roofing service and would gladly recommend them to anyone in Hermosa Beach who needs roof repair or replacement. We would absolutely hire them again for future roofing work.

I hired Team USA Roofing & Exteriors to replace my old leaking roof after a major storm caused water to get in. After getting several quotes, it made more sense to do a full roof replacement instead of another small patch repair. The price …

What can I say—this roofing company is one of those businesses everyone should have the pleasure of working with. When my roof started leaking, they were the only roofer who answered my service call right away. Even during wet weather, they came out fast, inspected the roof, gave me a very fair estimate, and got me scheduled quickly for a full roof replacement. I’m happy to say our new roof is solid, leak-free, and looks amazing. They used high-quality roofing materials, and the crew was skilled, professional, and easy to work with. Erick, Jonah, and Samuel kept a positive attitude and clearly took pride in their roofing work. Another big plus was how reliable they were. They showed up on time, sent friendly reminders, and kept us informed throughout the project, which made the whole process stress-free. In Hermosa Beach, it really helps to have a roofing team that understands the local climate and the importance of a durable, well-installed roof that can handle sun, coastal moisture, and changing weather. At the end of each day, the crew did a careful cleanup around the property, which showed real respect for our home and their work area. I was also very impressed by their follow-up after the job was done. They checked in later to make sure everything was holding up well and that we were completely satisfied. That level of customer care is rare. We highly recommend this roofing company without any doubt.

I was in the middle of a home inspection and needed a roofing quote within 24 hours. Jonah responded right away and let me know he could come out to inspect the roof and put together the estimate fast. He followed through, checked the property, and sent the roof report back the same day, which really helped keep the process moving. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The estimate was clear, the communication was easy, and they took time to explain the roof replacement options in simple terms. I was also very impressed that they offer 50-year shingles along with a workmanship guarantee, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of their roofing work. Once we close, I fully plan to move forward with them for the new roof. I would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing dependable service, quick turnaround, and solid roofing materials.

They showed up right on time, protected the property well, and left the whole area clean when the roofing work was done. The crew was quick, skilled, and professional from start to finish. My new roof looks fantastic, and several neighbors have already complimented the shingles and the overall curb appeal. Out of the many roofing estimates I received, their price was one of the best, and the workmanship was even better than I expected. They used high-quality Atlas shingles, and you can really see the difference in both the look and the finish. I wanted a roof that would hold up well in the sun and still look great, and they delivered exactly that. Jonah was friendly, easy to reach, and very dependable throughout the whole process. The team answered questions clearly, kept me updated, and made the job feel easy and stress-free. They even installed a new storm door for me at no extra charge, which was a very kind surprise. I’m extremely happy with my choice and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.
