The cleanup and restoration work helped limit damage to the walls, flooring, and surrounding materials, and the results have held up very well over time. They were hardworking, kind, respectful, trustworthy, and very professional throughout the whole drying and cleanup process.   donovan and jacob came out fast after a pipe leak flooded our home in Redondo Beach, sending a lot of water into the main bathroom, bedroom, downstairs bedroom, bathroom, and living room. It was a big water damage cleanup job, but they responded quickly even on a Sunday and got right to work. They handled the water mitigation process in a very professional way and helped prevent a much worse restoration issue. They were respectful with our belongings, polite, efficient, and very skilled at water damage restoration. They worked hard to set up air movers and dehumidifiers, secure cords, remove baseboards, flooring, doors, and part of the ceiling so the affected areas could dry the right way. my fianc? and i were very impressed with the service, communication, and attention to detail. Because we called right away, the insurance part was much easier. They took photos, documented the moisture damage, and provided what was needed to help move the claim along. They also returned every 24 hours to monitor the drying progress, check moisture levels, and make sure the mitigation was working properly to avoid further damage like mold growth. donovan came back the next day to inspect the drying equipment and make sure everything in the house was drying successfully. Overall, donovan and jacob made a stressful water loss situation much easier, and we are very grateful for the help. i highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a water leak, flood cleanup, or emergency drying service in Redondo Beach.
