Martin Brothers Roofing responded quickly when I had a small indoor water damage issue at my unit. Their crew arrived fast, inspected the source of the leak, and started water extraction and drying right away to limit further damage. They also put together a clear and professional restoration and repair plan, and they adjusted it based on my input and what I wanted for the space. One of my main concerns was stopping this kind of water loss from happening again. Evan suggested replacing the toilet supply lines with stronger, better quality ones as a preventive upgrade. I really appreciated the steady communication throughout the job, including progress photos, update reports, and quick answers whenever I had questions or last-minute requests. From water removal and moisture control to repair and reconstruction, the whole process moved efficiently and was completed in about two weeks. The workmanship was excellent, and the restored ceiling and surrounding areas look great. They also added a backsplash detail to help keep water from sitting against the wall and causing future moisture problems. I was relieved to find a team that handled the emergency calmly and professionally, and I would absolutely contact them again for any future water damage restoration or related repairs.

I feel very qualified to leave this review because I went through two separate water damage restoration situations back to back within a short time. As a newer homeowner, I had never needed to file an insurance claim or deal with major mitigation and repairs before, so this was all new to me. Evan and the team helped me through every step, from the water cleanup process to explaining the drying, repairs, and insurance side in a simple way. The damage was serious and involved my floors, walls, and garage, so there was a lot to handle. They were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with, and they made sure the restoration work was done carefully. They also took care of touch-ups and small final details as the project was wrapping up, which I really appreciated. Not long after that, my water heater leaked, and Jay from the office quickly followed up to make sure there was no moisture affecting the new laminate flooring. That extra attention gave me a lot of peace of mind. They were always helpful, answered my questions clearly, and continued to follow up even after the work was completed. I definitely recommend them for water damage restoration in Redondo Beach.

We had water damage in our TV room after a storm leak. Jay arrived first and clearly explained the water mitigation process, what steps would be taken, and about how long the dry out would take. Todd and his crew then came in, covered and protected the area before starting, and made sure the room and nearby items stayed safe during the cleanup. They worked fast and efficiently, removed debris from the floor, set up air movers and a dehumidifier, and monitored the drying equipment until the room was properly dried. They also helped me understand why moisture control was important to prevent further damage. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional, and happy to answer my questions throughout the restoration work. The whole experience felt organized, thorough, and stress free.

We had a major water line break that affected the upstairs bathroom, nearby rooms, and the areas below on the first floor. To move the water damage restoration and rebuild process forward, the crew had to organize, inspect, document, label, wrap, inventory, and pack nearly everything in the house, then move it into the garage and a storage POD. Jay and the team handled a huge job from start to finish and made the contents pack-out process much easier for us. They carefully sorted furniture, clothing, and household items, entered everything into an inventory system, and packed it in a way that helped during both storage and the move back in. As we work through restoring our home, their planning and organization have made unpacking and repopulating much smoother. From the beginning, Jay told us they would take care of everything, and that is exactly what the team did. They kept us informed throughout the project, treated our belongings with care, and helped protect our property during the water mitigation and restoration process.

The owner came to our home in Redondo Beach and checked the water damage and mold problem we had in the lower level, including moisture on the wall and affected areas nearby. he clearly explained each step of the water damage restoration and mold cleanup process, from inspection and drying to sanitizing, repairs, and final cleanup. After that, he gave us a fair quote, and we decided to move forward with the work. The whole project took about two and a half days to finish. the crew cleaned the contaminated areas, handled the moisture issues, painted the walls, and cleaned the ductwork to help improve the air quality. they worked efficiently, kept the area organized, and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the job. todd, Evan, and Jay were excellent to work with and answered all of our questions along the way. We are very happy with how everything turned out. i would recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage, mold, or cleanup needs. the team did a great job and earned a five star rating.
