After dealing with a few roofing contractors who kept pushing an expensive shingle roof, even though I clearly wanted a metal roof, I finally found the right roofer. Roger was upfront that the schedule was a few months out, and even with a slight delay, I was very impressed. With my background in waterproofing, I felt fully confident in Roger’s roofing skills and the crew’s ability to handle the job the right way. In just two days, they removed the old roof, completed the waterproofing, and kept the whole roofing project moving smoothly. They worked through wet weather conditions and still delivered a beautiful finished roof. My previous shingle roof only lasted about 11 years, so choosing a stronger metal roofing system was an easy decision. Great job, and I’m very happy with the results.

All City Roofing did an amazing job on our fixer-upper roof. The old roof had several active leaks, damaged skylights, bad sheathing, and moisture issues, so it needed major roofing work. The crew completed a full tear-off on our 2700 square foot home in just 3 days and installed 6 new skylights. We chose upgraded VELUX skylights with remote open and close features plus retractable blinds, and everything came out great. They removed the old compromised sheathing, fixed the problem areas, and installed the new roofing system with careful flashing and strong attention to detail. They even spray painted the metal black so it matched the Onyx shingles and gave the whole roof a clean finished look. The price was better than we expected, and the workmanship was excellent. Derek was easy to work with, communication was clear, and the quote was provided the same day. The roofing crew was polite, professional, and stayed in a positive mood the whole time. After several months, the roof is still solid and leak free. I highly recommend them for skylight replacement, roof tear-off, and full roof installation work.

I expected professional service, but the overall experience didn't match the positive reviews I had read. I wouldn't use this company again.

The project started much later than scheduled without any explanation. The constant delays caused a lot of inconvenience for my family.

Derek and his crew recently finished a major exterior home upgrade at our family house in Redondo Beach, including a full roof replacement, fascia work, new gutters, and related siding repairs. I first reached out after a great experience with a smaller fascia repair before, and that gave me confidence to trust them with a much larger roofing project. From the first onsite roof inspection and consultation, it was clear this was the right team for the job. Derek gave helpful guidance on the best way to plan the scope of work, while also keeping future home improvements in mind. During the planning process, he took plenty of time to explain each part of the roofing system, materials, scheduling, and installation details for my wife and me. He answered every question clearly through in-person meetings and online calls, which made us feel comfortable and confident about the roofing materials and the work ahead. Once the project began, everything was handled in a smooth and organized way. The roofing crew worked efficiently, followed a clear sequence, and kept the job moving on schedule. Derek stayed in steady communication throughout the project, letting us know what phase the team was working on and what to expect next. That level of communication made the entire experience easy and stress-free. We were very impressed with the workmanship, attention to detail, and overall professionalism of the crew. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and focused on quality customer service. The finished roofline and exterior updates made a huge difference in the look and protection of our home, especially for sunny coastal conditions in Redondo Beach. We are extremely happy with the final result and will absolutely use this team again for future roofing and exterior work.

I had the roofs replaced on all 5 of my homes, including 3 rentals, my main house, and my mom’s house. I first got estimates from another roofing company, but the pricing felt way too high and the details were not clearly explained. I only received a simple text with rough costs, which did not help me understand the scope of the roofing work, materials, or what was included. After that, I contacted another roofer and Derek came out to inspect all 5 properties. He was professional, easy to talk to, and never made me feel pushed into anything. He took time to look over each roof, explain the process, and answer my questions about shingles, repairs, and installation. The pricing was fair, clear, and much more reasonable, so I decided to move forward. We are very happy with all 5 new roofs. The workmanship was solid, the crew worked efficiently, and the whole roofing project was handled smoothly from inspection to completion. At my main home, I had a patio with a unique roofline in the back that used to leak in one spot whenever it rained. After the new roof installation, that leak is gone. My mom is very happy with her new roof too. Overall, it was a great experience and the results on every property turned out excellent.
