  Hired T Simpson Roofing to do our roof in 2020. We were told we have the best warranty GAF Golden Pledge Limited Warranty. When we had a leak in the basement we called them to remove the snow from the roof. After leaving a message and waiting a few days we called back and spoke to a lady to arrange this service. We were informed it’s 350.00 plus HST. The quote says they will supply roof top snow removal at the price quoted. We agreed and paid. When the person came they were only here 20 minutes and only cleared a very small section around the vents not the entire roof as the quote stated. When we asked if there was any damage he said we would have to book another paid call to check for damage in the spring. We certainly feel like we didn’t get the service we were quoted and paid for. Then we will have to pay again to see if there is any damage in the spring. Makes you wonder what the warranty was for and you can’t help feeling taken advantage of unfortunately.

There has been some misinformation that happened in earnest somewhere along the line- please know that there is no charge for another service visit to inspect your roof this Spring for winter damages.   These guys did a waterfront house for me big mistake not only did they smell like booze and weed when they arrived but when I left the site and returned just after noon they were in the lake swimming having a good time on the dock! With the roof still undone

  From the day our fiberglass shingles recommended by the company, were installed they began to fall off. Initially a whole cap blew off in the wind. Then with the heat, shingles continued to fall. initially the company would come to repair but in the second year they said they could no longer continue to do this. They showed no concern for the problem and didn't offer any solution or compensation. Each year, with the heat more than a dozen shingles will fall. The west side of the roof being the worst, followed closely by the south. (Apparently these were a new type that didn't require nailing) Definitely not optimal for a manser roof ). Many years have passed and with more shingles falling today, we just continue to be irritated!

  Leandro attended our home and gave us a quote which we were happy with. He was very thorough about the products he would use for the job. Also went up on the roof to check the condition of the roof before quoting us. No high-pressure sales just very informative.

  I had a great experience with T. Simpson roofing from start to finish. Terry gave me an honest assessment of my roof and provided a very fair quote. Tiffany was amazing to work with for scheduling and billing. Understanding I was on a short timeline to get my house ready for sale they were able to work me into their busy spring schedule to meet my timeline. The work crews were very efficient and did an amazing job on my new roof and eavestroughs, and they look amazing. I would highly recommend T. Simpson for any roofing needs.

  Great experience for me! After last winter(it was brutal and the ice tore off my eaves troughs). The guys were prompt, professional, and polite. Jordan and crew made sure everything was done neatly and professionally. Would hire again!!

  I had a good experience with T. Simpson roofing. Ed did a great job replacing my metal roof, and Jordan and his crew did a great job replacing my eavestroughs. The workspace was left clean, and any incidental damage was repaired. Overall, I would recommend T. Simpson roofing.

  We had a great experience with T. Simpson to replace our fascia, soffits and gutters back in 2020. I followed up in 2025 with a special request for some matching aluminum and they had it ready for pickup the same day! Great family business.

  We recently had an exterior job done on our century home. Soffits, Facia and Gutters all replaced with care! Jordan and his Crew were professional, respectful and ensured that the job was done right. Cannot recommend T Simpson Roofing and Jordan's Crew Enough!
