  Pricing for attic insulation was 3 x other quotes I received. I tried to follow up with the tech that provided the quote. I never received a response or a follow up. I assume he knew the quote was way out of line.

  Waste of time and money paid for A 40 year warranty didn’t get half a year now have to pay to fix. Would not recommend

  We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Your roof was replaced in July 2025 and includes our standard warranty, which is provided with all of our roofing systems. This consists of a 40-year shingle warranty against material defects, along with 5-year 100% coverage on materials and labour through Owens Corning. At the time of installation, an optional extended warranty (up to 50 years) was also offered but was declined. We understand there may be some confusion here, as the 40-year material warranty is standard and the extended coverage would have provided additional protection beyond that. The skylight in question is over 20 years old, and as discussed, we do not perform repairs on skylights of that age. It’s also important to note that at the time of your original roof quote, the skylight was not leaking and was not identified as part of the requested scope of work. We provide quotes based on the work requested and the skylight replacement was not included. The leak and the 7-foot icicle formation are consistent with ice damming, which is typically caused by insufficient attic insulation and ventilation (such as missing or inadequate baffle vents), not by the roofing system itself. It was also noted during our conversation that you were unable to clear the roof of snow due to access limitations. Regular snow and ice removal is especially important to help prevent ice buildup around older skylights. We did offer to further assess the ice-damming conditions and provide a quote for recommended improvements; however, those recommendations were declined as well. We understand how frustrating this situation can be, but based on our assessment, the issue is not related to the roof installation or materials and is therefore not covered under warranty.   Hello Steve, we have looked through our meetings since the trade show and there is no Steve anyone has met with since the trade show. However, estimates are absolutely free ! Deep dive diagnostics that require a service technician due to a very complex situation, root cause analysis, or very uncommon situation are a $195 service fee. Its not common we need to go this route, but sometimes its required. We will write a scope out and detailed information that allows you to shop around if desired and we offer a credit if we are successful on the project.

  Good Morning Steve (705) 835-6625 . We only have one call from you 2 days ago and have booked you for an inspection. (Your first call talking to Mike on a weekend, does not exist with us on record and was evidently a different company) you live at 22 Highland Drive, Horseshoe. It's a very steep roof. We could not send someone yesterday due to weather for safety reasons. Steep roofs can not have snow or be done on rainy day. We are sorry that since you called on Saturday, that Monday was bad weather. Perhaps you are able to find some one else who can climb your roof on a rainy day. This one star rating, does not represent our business or our practices, we can not control the weather.

  When our gutters were overflowing in a heavy rain, we thought a section had come loose. Ainger Group sent someone the same day that I called. Austin arrived right on time and took a look. He found the problem was a blockage and was friendly and honest in informing us that our gutters did not need repair or replacement. I would definitely call this company again in the future.

  Austin was an excellent rep for Ainger Group. Every thing from being on time, answering all my questions and making a few suggestion. The job is now complete and it went as seamlessly as getting the quote from Austin. Chad and Greg(?) did and awesome job. Before and after photos were provided to show the difference and their clean up was good. They cleaned up and left before I could even say thank you. Job well done.
