  Dishonest company that lacks integrity and competence. I would not use T Rock Roofing for any project.

  They destroyed my gutters-put on the cheapest roofing material. They wanted all their money before it was inspected. Guess what it didn't pass. I paid half and they agreed to wait until it passed to get the rest. Never passed so I never paid the rest so they have turned it over to collections and will not fix it.

  Rep ghosted me after seeing the roof and scheduling a second consultation where no one showed. My guess is because I didn't agree with replacing the whole roof. I'd prefer if someone told me it's not a good use of their time instead of leaving me hanging.

  TWO THUMBS DOWN! I like supporting local business which is why I chose T Rock after seeing many positive reviews. Well, my experience with T Rock is very negative. The company representative was Doyle. He was quick to come out to gain my business. Everything went downhill after I was committed. 1. Doyle did not provide a date when they will start. After waiting few weeks, I called Doyle and he said he would have a crew come out in few days. 2. After few days, a truck showed up unannounced and dropped off the roofing materials on my drive way, blocking my car in my garage. I could not use my car for many days. 3. The crew stole several items from my back yard. 4. The crew did not cleanup very well afterwards. I had stepped on a nail after they completed the roof and left. I picked up about 100 nails myself and still find some today after 8 months. 5. The crew broke my side gate. Called Doyle multiple times about it and he said he will have someone out to repair but nobody showed up. I ended up fixing it myself after waiting 8 months. 6. From the begining, I told Doyle I want some gutters installed. After the roof was completed, I called multiple times about it. After few months, Doyle came and measured but nobody came to install gutters. I am tired of calling and waiting. I am done with T Rock.

  Mark Strong and his team were amazing to work with. I used Mark and his TRock team to provide roof and other home repairs after major hail damage. They provided wonderful service and stellar communication. Mark was also an awesome advocate when it came to working with my insurance company. Can’t say enough great things about Mark. Highly recommend him.

  Getting a new roof is never fun! It’s a mess for several days and you always wonder, “am I getting a good deal”. Being a Texan, this is my 4th roof across two different houses. Mark Strong and Cole Parker from T Rock Roofing spent quite a bit of time explaining the difference in products, with no agenda, and helped me find the right one given our weather in North Texas, AND they dealt with my insurance company (who was struggling mightily with their own staff of adjusters and office types) and made the process not only tolerable, but fairly stress free. By far the best roofing experience in my history, and I will recommend them to all my friends and family and use them again after the next hail storm. Thanks guys, very much appreciated!

  We recently had a roof leak. I contacted Nick from T Rock roofing based on friends recommendation. He is very professional and through. Nick was extremely helpful in getting my roof repaired quickly and effectively. Great experience, and highly recommend them.

  Had to do some insurance repairs to rain caps, window screens and gutters. Mark clearly explained the process and communicated very well throughout the whole process. Tradesmen who came to do the work were all very nice and did excellent work. No issues whatsoever from anyone on the team.

  Mark Strong and T Rock Roofing came highly recommended by our realtor. Our family was in a situation where we needed to remotely sell our property. Mark came on site and made inspections for needed repairs. He then contacted the home owners insurance agent and coordinated and participated in the insurance inspections and appraisals. After insurance approval, he quickly had his crew replace and repair all items required for a profitable sale. We were greatly impressed with Mark’s knowledge, professionalism, and overall attention to detail on this entire project. I highly recommend Mark Strong and T Rock Roofing.
