  Came out for a roof inspection 6 weeks ago and never sent me the report from the inspection. Even after calling and sending a follow up email. Now I have water in my house. Still won’t get back to me and the roof is only 23 months old. Only hire them if you like water in your house and unanswered phone calls!

  Per Comment on Courtney Clark’s Review! As my review stands, absolutely terrible! How Tyler handled the situation, showing up 6 times in 2 month job trying too make changes but didn’t want too pay the money, a run around but crazy i thought the owner was bigger and better but he’s the exact same! So i will allow photos of messages and work too prove your response of “quality of work so was removed” I’m the business owner, and still owe me 15,000$! So let’s try the “disgruntled contractor for poor quality” when messages don’t lie from the GC, Tyler Belt himself it was completed!

  We are proud and honored to be a preferred contractor for this carrier. To become preferred, you must pass an extensive background check. As a preferred contractor we are also obligated to share with the homeowner the additional benefits of the program. This includes following up with the homeowner to go over the process and answer any questions they may have. We always encourage them to use whomever they feel most comfortable working with. It is unfortunate and makes no sense to us that this roofing salesman could get this upset and then purposely go on our google account and give us a 1 star rating! Hopefully this review will be deleted as his clear intention is a conflict of interest and intent to harm our name.

  Ms. Brown, we apologize for any misunderstanding. It is required by law in the state of Texas for homeowners to pay their deductible on all roof claims. Therefore, legally we cannot cover insurance deductibles. As an act of good faith we were able to offer you the $500 discount. We do offer great financing options for anyone unable to pay their deductible up front. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

  They NEVER followed up! I know of 4 people including myself waiting for TJ to follow up. 3 of those people found other companies to do the work, those companies knew how to take care of customers. I’m the forth person, and I also have someone else coming to look at my project. I would suggest not wasting your time with these guys!

  We have replaced several thousand roofs over the past few years. We are committed to customer service and taking care of our clients which is reflected in our high ratings with google, BBB, etc. We have addressed the situation with this homeowner multiple times including posting photos of new damage on his BBB complaint. He had additional damage to his roof after our installation when another hail storm came through and damaged all his soft metals and portions of his roof. There was not enough damage to get a full replacement. As we explained on numerous occasions, our warranty does not cover this damage. It is a workmanship warranty. The reason he is now writing another complaint is because he asked us to come out a few weeks ago and meet with his carrier. After discussion with the carrier, it was agreed that the homeowner was acting in bad faith so we chose to walk away. My recommendation would be that all contractors stay away from this customer.

Erik was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, especially when it came to getting a tarp set up and making sure everything was taken care of.   Lance Hobbs and Tanner Turnbow, Project Managers, were everything a customer would want. They are friendly, professional, honest, and follow up. My roof was installed in a very timely manner, the clean up was great.
