  After dealing with hail damage, I was stressed about the entire claims process—but TOTL made everything incredibly easy. From the initial inspection to working directly with my insurance, they handled it all with professionalism and efficiency. Jennifer and Harley were honest, thorough, and kept me informed every step of the way. The repair team was incredible. Repairs were done quickly, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you’re dealing with a hail claim, I highly recommend giving them a call. They turned a frustrating situation into a smooth, hassle-free. My family truly appreciates their business as a whole!
