  We have had 3 different sales men come and evaluate our roof from this company. There has been no follow up from them. No one ever got back to me about the price of repairing our roof. I had to call and ask for a quote that took 3 weeks for someone to text me a price. No one actually came to my house to discuss the repair.

Regarding the shingles, we assisted with sending them in for inspection to help advocate for you, but unfortunately, the manufacturer is refusing to honor their warranty for this issue.   It’s unfortunate that you aren’t satisfied. We strive to have a great experience from the very start. When I do call to notify our arrival the day prior, “I state that roofers normally get there around 7:30 pending what’s going in that morning. I also state that we will knock on the door and to let you know that we are there.” Furthermore I also state, most jobs are done in a day and if we need to come back it should be small items to finish. The dish being damaged, Is a first in 38 years . I apologize for any inconvenience and I’m glad that Direct TV guy was able to remedy your situation. I will willing to reimburse for any out of pocket expenses that was done to the dish and bill the roofer for any repairs. Thank you for letting us know. Dan Nicholas

  I called to get an estimate and they called me back to set up a time so I show up 5 minutes before and wait 25 minutes and not even a call to say I’m going to be late or anything. Wasted my whole lunch hour waiting.

  I made my first call nov 2019 and the work didn't get completed until in the middle of 2020. They never called me back when they said and then apparently after they left more shingles came off however that shohld have been addressed

  This company put on a metal roof at my home. After the roof was completed I noticed a huge leak above the hot water heater. Outside light and the sky was visible around the pipe. The front of the fire place was wet when it rains. This company did not seal any of the pipes on the roof. When I called their number, the company wound not return my calls. I had to have another company to complete their HORRIBLE work. Plus I have the added expense of new sheet rock for 2 room and insulation. This is not a reliable company. They were paid for incomplete work.

  Absolutely terrible! Everything went smooth until I signed the agreement for them to perform the work. Then I had nearly 0 communication, after checking in every week, I occasionally would get a call they will be there in a few days. After 2.5 months, no work has been done and I am tired of cutting them breaks and excuses.

  I liked that they did not beat around the bush and honest about what needed to be done . The guys knew what they were talking about and explained the situation ,walked me thru and it was painless . Awesome people to work with!

  I have nothing but the best to say about the professionalism and the kindness of the Roofs by Nicholas representative (Will Saunders) who carried out my roof/attic inspection. He did a great job explaining everything I asked about, with really good details on how those things work, and he stated that my concerns right now don’t require any investment. So he did not just try to sell me anything, but actually got everything properly taken care of and made sure I was in a good spot. I will definitely hire them whenever I need any roofing service.

  Will is very professional and been in contact with us every step of the way. Fighting insurance can be very frustrating, even though we lost we feel like he put forth a good fight to get us approved. I'd recommend dealing with his for all your roofing needs.

  Greg, Showed up to the house on time. Had excellent customer skills. Took picture of the roof and explained in detail all the issue. Had quote built very fast and went through the process. Very professional. Would recommend
