  With four calls them on getting my estimate and asking if they should tarp never got anything from them. They had examined roof but never sent estimate nor put on tarp.. Each time they said they were sending. In the meantime, rained and damage further on my property. They are not dependable or reliable.

  I ask the company to come and do estimate and they sent Brett and he ripped up my tarp that I laid out because of the heavy rain we got and it started to leak, and they could of nailed it back down

  Called May 2nd for someone to come give me an estimate, it's June 1 and haven't heard from anyone. This is similar to the experience I had a few years ago when 1 of the Chappell's stood me up 3 times then called the say after the 3rd time I was stood up wanting to come by. I agreed and he came by but never received an estimate, I see it hasn't changed.

  Great job helping me navigate my insurance & quickly getting the work done. Crew came back twice to make sure they left my home in great condition after completion. Gary helped with color selection and was a great resource!

  Wow! Best service experience ever. I called to set a time to look at my roof, and the Project Manager said he would be there within minutes, which he was. He fixed the issues in a timely and professional manner. Plus, he was just a delightful and humorous fellow, which set me at ease. When I have any kind of roofing issues or needs, I will be calling Chappell without hesitation. In the meantime, I will be passing along my experience to others.
