  I’m giving them one star because they do not know how to use their turning signals in traffic while it is also raining and they also have your trailer attached to the truck which made it even worse. Y’all need to hire people Who actually Cares about other people safety on the roadway

  Oh my... I certainly apologize for not using our turn signal in traffic. That is not how we want to be driving. Traffic is already crazy enough around here. Please call me this is Kirby Hartman 325-895-0855. A bad review normally reflects on our workmanship and I would love to see if there is some way we could make this right with you. Thank you

  They were friendly, but I was told I would get a z ridge , and new vents in the quote and it didn't happen i didn't realize until yesterday they just painted my old vents ??? What's up with that. I went with them and paid extra because I was under the impression they were one of the best.

  The crews who did the actual roofing did a great job. Roof looks nice and was done professionally. All other aspects have been terrible. (Scheduling, completion, billing, coordination, professionalism) If other options are available, I would look elsewhere to avoid all of the hassle.

  I had an excellent experience working with Zac and Caitlyn throughout my entire roof replacement project. From the very beginning, Zac was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient. Because my roof replacement was being paid through a Self-Directed IRA, there were many additional documentation requirements that were much more complicated than a typical roofing project. Zac never made me feel like I was asking too much. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and worked with me every step of the way. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. I also want to thank Caitlyn for her outstanding support. She was always responsive, courteous, and efficient in providing the invoices, warranties, and all of the supporting documents I needed. She was quick to follow up and made sure everything was handled correctly, which I truly appreciated. Together, Zac and Caitlyn provided exceptional customer service and demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping their customers. Their teamwork, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hartman Roofing to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and customer-focused roofing company.   Hartman Roofing did an amazing job with our roof, definitely i would recommend them. From the time my husband called ZACH he has made it easy for us and he was great at Communicating with my husband and I from the beginning til the end.   Joe Dan & Tyler were wonderful to work with. I have a New Construction home that got hammered with baseball size hail & 100mph winds. Destroyed my roof, skylight & stucco. My roof looks better than it did when we bought the house. It’s a thicker material and more rigid. They were a great team & patient with us as we worked through insurance troubles getting it covered.

  Hartman Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. It was a very difficult project that had been patched multiple times over the years and never properly fixed. Hartman came in, handled everything quickly and correctly, and made the whole process seamless. Mr. Hartman also helped me navigate the insurance side, which made a huge difference. Highly recommend!
