  Swift ghosted me a year later after installation and there were water marks in my closest. They came out and would not go in the attic to see what the issue was and gave me the run around. They would not return our emails. I am so disappointed with this experience! The water stain is still there with no answer or fix.

  Swiftroof.co hired our company out to assist in some work at a customers home in Goodrich. We originally started working with Dean. They were collecting her insurance money which means our contract was with Swiftroof.co not their client so our compensation would be paid by Swiftroof.co. We received our start pay (deposit), and we ordered our materials, and completed the work. Upon finishing the job Dean was invoiced for the remainder of our job cost on December 12th 2025 @ 3:02 pm. Dean completely stopped responding when he received our invoice. So our sales rep went to Jerry Imaly (December 31st) who is president/CEO through calls, and emails with no communication back on pay (he admitted to getting the invoice during our email correspondence). I personally reached out to Jerry on January 22nd of 2026 looking for a check number or if they would be calling to pay that over the phone along with an attached invoice. He responded to the email stating he would reach out to the customer, and I politely explained she holds no merit in this conversation since she's not who signed our contact, and of course no response. On January 26th I emailed him again stating it needs to be paid or we would seek legal action which he responded to stating it hadn't been 30 days since the invoice was sent (I forwarded him the email from our sales rep to Dean of our final invoice that was sent over 30 days prior). After I showed Jerry the president proof of the dates he agreed, and said it would be taken care of. He then contacted the home owner stating that she needed to pay our company the remaining balance; even though they're collecting her insurance money and that's what they were using to compensate us for her work. They still need to go out and finish her siding which they are not keeping in contact with her either (surprise). We expect customers to hold up their end of a contract just like I'm sure they do also, too bad we're going to have to take legal actions against another busi

  Respectfully, this is a misrepresentation of our process and the service we provide. Every photo we take with the Drone is geo-tagged and time stamped. The software we utilize is used by Insurance Carriers in the same manner we utilize it. It has been proven reliable and objective within the industry. The very reason we use this system is to provide a reliable set of objective data and not the subjective assessment of a contractor trying to sell a roof or an Insurance Company attempting to avoid paying a viable claim. Our goal is to eliminate skepticism and build integrity by utilizing technology. Our inspection is provided at no charge and clients that don't have don't have damage receive peace of mind knowing.   Let me tell you to absolutely not trust this company. They do shoddy work. Do not show up on time. Their crew brought their WHOLE families including babies. Cooked on my grill. Ran up and down the property screaming. Had the music blasting on 8. And then to top it off after they were paid in full, sent another bill. I can tell you many more horror stories of neighbors up and down our road who used them and have many complaints. Steer clear

  Swift roofing did an excellent job at my home. They were done in 2 days. The communication with Mike was excellent. There are actually two Mike's and they were both excellent communicators. The workers will be very polite and the cleanup was even very thorough. Thank you for a great job.

  Swift Roofing did an excellent job assessing my roof with a drone inspection, determining if I may qualify for an insurance claim, and then working with my insurance company every step of the way. They have a great staff that always communicated well with me throughout the job preparation and execution. Any concerns I had were addressed and resolved quickly and professionally. They protected my property very well, completed the job in a timely manner, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. I’m very happy with my new roof.

  Swift worked with my insurance company and replaced my roof due to hail damage. They had great communication throughout the process. The roofers did an exceptional job especially with cleaning up after the work was completed. Would definitely recommend to others.

  If you’re in the market for a new roof, siding, or gutters, look no further than Swift Roof. This has been the best experience. They offer free drone inspections (perfect for a busy person), excellent communication throughout the pre-roof, tear off and installation process. This company took excellent care of my property! They check, double check and triple check that their job has been completed perfectly. I did my research and reached out to them, so trust me when I say they live up to their reputation.

  I was offered a free drone inspection of my roof, and hail damage was found. Swift Roof worked with my insurance company, meeting with them to physically inspect the damage. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, so there were no surprises. Communication is key, and they were excellent at it. They completed the tear off and installed the new roof in one day. Cleaned everything up and made sure all my questions were addressed. Recommend them highly.
