  Called weather vane because leak in garage. Brady showed up, misdiagnosed problem quoted $2300 "that will fix the leak. Technician came out. b4 he started i asked if that will fix the leak," yes " . Still leaking. Brady came out and diagnosed real problem the garage door bottom seal was broken causing water to pool in middle of garage, $30 for seal. ryan was difficult. Refused refund.. ryan " i contracted with you to install roofing and it looks really good,Not to fix a leak. That was my problem. Leak in garage .they are "experts " not me. Taken advantage of elderly in bad health. . $2300 for an unneeded repair . Bad garage seal $30 fixed problem. Ryan had an arrogant attitude Avoid weather vane roofing owosso Ryan said I was trying to get free roofing from him. Leak fixing is not their expertise.

  As far as I can tell the actual work was done well. My issue was with the customer service. I reached out to have an estimate September 20, 2025. I got the estimate and approved the work on September 22, 2025 and was led to believe that the work would be done before winter set in. The work was not completed until the beginning of March. The entire process no one was reaching out to me to let me know what was going on. I had to reach out every time to get updates on products, timelines, installation. There was zero communication coming from Weathervane unless I reached out to drag it out. I was will not be recommending Weathervane to anyone.

  We had a tree fall on the back of our house, damaging part of the roof, gutters and siding from the storm in May. On June 4th we had Rick come out to provide an estimate to submit to insurance. He told us he would email the estimate within a day or 2. A week later I called the office and was transferred to him, he was very short with me and said he would get it sent. Waited about another week with no response before I finally gave up and contacted another company.

It is impossible to determine whether you have a third or even fourth layer of shingles on your roof. That is why it is clearly explained in our contract.   We hired Weathervane in March 2022 to repair ventilation issues and heat loss. Cost was $4600.00 + $450.00 to have wiring ran for power vent in attic. The power vent was useless and they had to remove it. So out $450.00 for electrician that. They also installed wrong shingles on first repair. Fast forward to October 2022 came back to put correct shingles on and take out power vent and replace with smart vent which I had suggested at original meeting with them. As you can see in pics the venting and heat loss issues have not been corrected. We feel we have wasted $5000.00 dollars with this company as we have met with other contractors that just shake their head at the work that was done. I would not recommend them!   Wow i call them for my estimate after 4 days. I was nice and said i needed it today so i can make a decision. They told me they have plenty of bissness if cant wait for the estimate... All the other company's gave me a price the same day …

  This was a very satisfying interaction. The tear off and install crew was efficient and professional. They left the property clean. After installation was complete the final inspection indicate some inconsistency in color and they offered to replace after contacting the manufacturer. I did not feel it was needed. The colors will even out over time. A class operation all around.

  Weather Vane Roofing far exceeded expectations for the entire process of getting a new roof. From beginning to end, they were professional, prompt (including emails and text responses beyond normal business hours), informative, and organized. They are not high pressure and didn't attempt to push upgrades or other services. The process was seamless and competed in the time frame promised in spite of it being done on the two days that were 100+ degrees this year. I have already recommended them to several people and I am sure they will have similar experiences and satisfaction with the process and products.

  From start to finish Rick and the team were fantastic to work with. They originally thought they would be 6-8 weeks out but were able to get to us within 2-3 weeks!! The crew was here bright and early and had said their goal was to finish the job that day. They did just that! We love the new roof and appreciate their service. Thanks!!

  They did an excellent job! Not only did the roof and gutters turn out great, they accommodated an additional gutter install at the last minute. Even more important, they were extra careful around my wife’s flowers, despite roof access being straight through a large garden. Not a plant or petal was out of place. Would highly recommend, and will certainly be using them for any future roof or gutter issues.
