We had roof leak problems during the recent heavy rains. Swift Fox Fix Roofings sent a crew out, and they took plenty of time to inspect the roof and apply a solid repair that was meant to stop the water intrusion. After the next rain, one small leak still showed up, so they returned quickly and checked the tile section of the roof, even though that area was not part of the first estimate. They found the issue and fixed that tile roofing section at no extra cost. Their team really worked with us from start to finish to make sure the roof was fully sealed, weather-tight, and protected. They stood behind their workmanship, communicated well, and made sure the repair was done right. I would definitely recommend them for going above and beyond to solve roofing problems.

I’m very impressed with Swift Fox Fix Roofings. Brantley returned my call quickly after I reported roof leaks showing through the ceiling, and he followed up right away. When he came out the next day, he checked the roofing area carefully and found that debris had built up on one section of the roof, which was likely causing the problem. He cleared the affected area, explained what to watch for, and let us know that if any moisture or water staining shows up again, he already has a solid repair plan in mind to take care of it. My husband and I really appreciated the fast response, clear communication, and friendly attitude. It was helpful to have someone who understood roof maintenance, drainage issues, and how debris can affect the surface over time, especially with warm California weather and seasonal rain. We felt confident in the inspection and the advice we were given, and we will definitely reach out again for any future roofing services.

In a crowded market of roofing and siding contractors, Swift Fox Fix Roofings really stands out. After dealing with two rough contractor experiences that left our home in bad shape for far too long, this team stepped in and helped turn the …

Brantley came out himself and inspected the roof thoroughly. He worked directly with the insurance company so everything moved smoothly, was fully documented, and was handled fairly. He stayed involved throughout the roofing repair and oversaw each step to make sure the job was done right. I had never dealt with a roof issue before, but he made the whole process easy and stress free. My experience was excellent, and I would gladly hire this team again. I am already planning to have them return for gutter updates since they also do great exterior and roofing-related work.

Randall and his crew are some of the best roofers I have worked with. We have hired them twice for roofing work on two different homes, and both times the service was excellent. Randall was quick to respond and easy to reach whenever I needed help with roof repairs. He even followed up over the weekend and helped set up an early Monday visit, which really showed how much they care about their customers. Kyle, the crew lead, did a great job explaining the roofing issues in simple terms. He took photos, pointed out a large problem area in the fascia, and walked me through the repair plan before any work started. He also showed me the matching shingles and new fascia materials so I knew exactly what would be installed. That extra attention made me feel confident the roof repair was being handled the right way. The whole team was professional, detailed, and efficient from start to finish. They completed the work correctly, kept the area tidy, and made sure the roof was secure and ready to handle the hot California sun. After the job was done, Randall checked back with me to confirm everything looked great and that I was fully satisfied. Their quality workmanship gave my family real peace of mind, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing service.

We had a few small delays during our roofing project, mostly from communication between the roofing crew and our project manager, but everything was handled really well in the end. Our project manager, Julian, was excellent. When the …

Swift Fox Fix Roofings has a long track record of solid roofing work and was very easy to work with from start to finish. The crew was professional and handled a complicated roof with many angles, valleys, steep sections, and high areas with real skill. Communication about the schedule was clear and timely, and they also helped us choose and install skylights after the roofing job was already underway. When hidden issues came up, like rotten soffit boards, they took care of everything smoothly, confidently, and with a good attitude. They made the whole roofing process feel organized and stress-free, and the finished roof looks great. This is the roofer to call.

I had a great experience with this roofing company. I met with Jaxon, and he was professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to walk me through the roofing work that was needed. He explained the roof replacement process clearly, including the areas where new wood decking was needed, the gutter installation, and the new vinyl trim around the house. I was impressed right from the start and decided to move forward right away. The roofing crew showed up on time, got to work immediately, and clearly knew their trade. They completed a full roof replacement, replaced damaged wood where needed, installed all new gutters, and finished the trim work with real care and attention to detail. Everything was done neatly, professionally, and in just one day, which was amazing. The finished roof looks strong, clean, and well built, and it really improved the overall look of the home. For a home in El Camino Real Los Altos, it is great to have a solid roof system ready for sun, heat, and seasonal weather. I highly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing roof replacement or gutter work.

They installed new roofing, siding, and gutters on our home, and the whole experience was excellent. The team was very friendly and quick to respond to texts, emails, and phone calls. The materials matched the quote and were exactly what was explained to us from the start. They really gave our home a fresh new look. The roofing and siding crew were skilled, professional, and showed real craftsmanship. The roof lines look clean, the siding seams are straight, the trim fits well, and the window wraps look flawless. Everything was done with care and attention to detail. The cleanup was outstanding at the end of each day. They removed debris, left the yard neat, and made sure the work area stayed safe and organized. The crew was also thoughtful and checked that our dog was safely inside before opening the gate, which we really appreciated. The gutter crew arrived on time, worked hard, and did a great job. The new gutters look sharp, drain well, and finish off the exterior nicely. When they were done, the property looked spotless, like they had never even been there. Overall, I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, siding, or gutter work. The price was fair, especially compared with other quotes we received, and they were able to schedule the job quickly. We are very happy with how our home looks now and pleased with the quality of the work from start to finish.

Our roof was getting very old and it was clearly time for a full roof replacement, and our neighbor also needed new roofing work. A neighbor helped start the estimate process, and after comparing several roofing contractors and talking through the bids, we chose this crew. They were dependable, professional, and clear about the roofing timeline from start to finish. Randall was easy to work with, explained the materials and scope in simple terms, and the crew stayed on schedule. Once nearby homeowners saw the tear-off and installation in progress, another neighbor decided to move forward with a new roof as well. It has been a while now and everything has held up great, including the roof and gutters. The workmanship looks solid, the cleanup was well done, and the whole experience was smooth. I would definitely recommend them for roofing services.
