Exceptional Service and Expertise – Highly Recommend Falcon Roofing Mario and his team at Falcon Roofing were absolutely fantastic to work with. Mario is highly knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. With decades of experience under his belt, he still gets up on the roof himself, which is exactly what he did to find the root cause of a leak we had been battling for over two years. He quickly identified the issue, provided a crystal-clear explanation, and outlined the best solution. The repair itself was executed flawlessly. The team was professional, meticulous, and efficient. Both Mario and his crew took the time to answer all of our questions and accommodate our requests before, during, and after the job. Falcon Roofing operates as a tightly-knit, family-owned business. We had the exact same dedicated team handling our repairs and skylight installations throughout the entire project, ensuring great consistency and care. I found their pricing to be incredibly reasonable for California, and a total bargain compared to the larger roofing companies within 15 miles from Palo Alto area. I will absolutely be hiring Mario and Falcon Roofing again for a preemptive roof replacement we plan to do in the near future. Five stars and beyond.

Chris at Falcon Roofing was excellent to work with. He came out to check a small leak we thought was roof-related and honestly told us it was actually a plumbing issue, even recommending a great plumber who fixed it the same day. He still took the time to inspect the entire roof and found only minor maintenance issues, confirming the roof and underlayment were in good shape—unlike another company that tried to sell us a full replacement. His crew came back the next week, handled the maintenance, cleaned the gutters, and left everything spotless. Honest, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend Chris and Falcon Roofing!

Jacob was communicative and responsive. They fixed my rotting chimney chase quickly and pointed out what else should be fixed, and what can be left as is. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing related help.

I called Falcon when we found a water leak from around the toilet vent in the roof. Also the previous roofer from about 15 years ago left off the gaskets around the skylight so we were getting lots of little bugs falling through. Mario came out within a day of my request and gave a reasonable estimate. There was a little confusion of the date of work so when his crew came out the following day, he threw in a gutter cleaning as an apology. I was very impressed with the workmanship, the cleanup, and look forward to using them when my roof needs to be replaced.

Thank you Katherine! Leaks around roof vents can be sneaky, so we're glad we could track it down and get it sealed up right - especially after the previous roofer. Thanks for calling Falcon for your roof leak repair!

Falcon Roofing is the most professional organization I have worked with. From the woman taking the initial call, the scheduler, the Project Manager (PM), and workers. They were extremely nice. Explained everything. In a non-condescending …
