I cannot say enough good things about AlexGonzales and AMCAL ROOFING! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Alex and his team were professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain the process, kept me updated throughout the project, and made sure everything was done with care and attention to detail. The crew worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly each day, and treated my property with respect. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding—the roof looks fantastic, and I feel confident knowing it was done right. Finding contractors who deliver both great service and great results isn’t always easy, but AMCAL ROOFING truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work—you’ll be in excellent hands.

Great people to work with, their prices are very good compared to other companies in the Bay Area. Definitely recommend them. Clear communication since day one and they finished the job earlier than expected. They handled all the permits and inspections so I did not had to worry about it.

Alex and his brother, Feliciano, are true professional journeymen. They brought an all star crew and worked their butts off to completely remove my old roof (1951 redwood shingles with composition shingle on top…a big no-no), remove all the disgusting shredded paper insulation (also from 1951), and my old gutters. They replaced all my insulation with new R-30, installed new aluminum gutters and downspouts, and put down new plywood. Then they installed underlayment, shingles, ridge vents, and new flashings. The final product is amazing and took less a week! They finished day earlier than originally estimated. I already started receiving compliments from the neighbors. Even the local fire department said it looks sweet. These guys are real professionals. Incredibly prompt replies, helpful suggestions, and the best prices you’ll find. I even tried to give them a cooler of beers when they finished, but they said they don’t drink- only healthy options. The guys are the best crew you’ll find. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for roof work. You’ll be sorry if you don’t at least give them a call. Trust me!
